I really liked this hotel! I had to book it extremely last minute, so I was lucky they had availabilities. There were some things about my room that were a little dingey and could have been updated; but, besides that, the common areas were very nice and comfortable, and the staff was excellent!

Located just a 5 minute drive from the Seattle Tacoma Airport, this hotel is perfect for those needing accommodation for their travels. The entire staff are professional and friendly. Hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable and generally quiet (it is near the airport). On site restaurant offers breakfast and lunch as well as a cocktail bar. The lobby includes a small kiosk with snacks and supplies while the third floor has a small guest laundry.

We stayed the night before a flight and it was great. The hotel is undergoing renovations but the staff was very friendly and helpful and the common areas and our room were very nice. The location across the street from the airport with a shuttle was perfect.

My son on leave had a flight cancellation in Seattle and was stuck over night. I rushed and booked a room under my credit card through Expedia. When he arrived at night they would not check him in as he was under 21. I tried to explain this was my reservation under my credit card and they still would not allow him to check in. Jill L. then proceeded to throw his phone at him and would not even allow him to stay in the lobby long enough to allow us to make other plans or to call a taxi. I asked repeatedly to speak to a manager and was told there was no one I could possibly talk to. As a Marriot frequenter and business traveler, I will no longer be staying at any Marriot flagged hotels. My son and I have never been treated as rudely as we were by Jill L at the Skybridge Seattle Airport Hotel. The throwing of the phone was the final straw and I know it happened as I was on speaker phone.
