The hotel is reasonably priced, clean, closed to the freeway. The area is safe which is my #1 priority staying in Seattle area. I always felt this place is safe.

We book one night in this hotel when are power outages for 4 day already because wind strom , I was thinking treat are self just for one day . Me and mywife n the kids with no power been in cold for 4 day already , hard for us already stay positive , when we arrive we not even know the hotel out of power too the stuff so rude the lady in front desk, welcome me with rude attitude. I don’t know what to say again ,I leave my number n go . I don’t have power to arguing with people anymore . Fill so hopeless, lucky expedia help me with good manner so make easy on me to refund my money . FYI I don’t even get phone call or email from hotel with no power . The management can handle this more better or at least with good manners and respect to customers .

The property had no power and no heat, they lost power 2 days prior to our stay. Entering the property was very dangerous with no measures taken to guide guests in due to the power outage. The hotel should have contacted all its guests to advise of the outage so that we could cancel our stay and other arrangements made. We were told that the guest list could not be accessed however this is hard to believe that an external computer or data base would not be able to access the guest list. We had no choice but to stay here as all other properties in the area were sold out. The first room we were given had loud noises coming from the smoke alarm so we had to move. The room was cold and dark and had no hot water. In the morning we were not even offered any breakfast items such as fruits/muffins/bagels which we were told they still have. We will be contacting the Manager to get compensated for this stay.

We stayed while attending a concert in the area. The public areas in the hotel were seriously FREEZING cold. There were 2 fireplaces, and neither were on. The 2 receptionists were wearing coats! The first room had a nonworking toilet., so we were relocated to the room next door. Both rooms had torn up desk chairs. The fabric had big holes, and the foam was hanging out! The first room had 2 dense foam pillows, and 2 soft pillows, and nice towels. The second room had small fluffy pillows, not even standard size, and the towels were thin & flimsy. The bath towel was more like an oversized hand towel. Check out is noon, which is nice.....breakfast is served till 10:00, also nice, and breakfast looked really good.....potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon, gravy & biscuits, all in chafing dishes, but cold as ice! So disappointing. They also had cheese, guacamole, salsa & spinach for your eggs, but just didn't work with cold food. Could be a great breakfast if they used the flame heat to keep the items warm! The hotel does provide covered, secure parking, and the room was very quiet.
