1st time to ever have a rude front desk rep upon check in . He spoke maybe 6 words, acted annoyed when I asked for directions to our room and was replied to with a point and he said “ that way”. .He didn’t tell us the hotel charges for parking . I found out after we got home and saw the charge on my cc. I hope if he was having a bad day it was better next day. Or hope he find a job he can enjoy because hospitality was not his strength . Disappointed.

Great evening drink and appetizers are included as well as a large breakfast with many options. Room was clean, comfortable and included an extra blanket. Price was very reasonable. The only negative was the HVAC did not work. After three hours with no change in temperature we contacted the front desk who sent a maintenance person in and after a second attempt he repaired the problem and we were able to enjoy the evening. They did charge $17 for parking which i feel should have been charged in the room price

It was an incredible hotel! We enjoyed the manager’s reception daily and appreciated the polite staff, open atmosphere, cook to order breakfast option, and hot tub/on site laundry. Very impressed!
