This hotel has been one of our favorites for a long time. We love the location and the great breakfasts with omelet station. The two-room suite is well-furnished and comfortable. We just wish the parking was still free.

I’m Kind of disappointed, been staying at this hotel for many years while in the Bellevue area. Hotel has way too many events that are very loud while you’re staying there, they had a party with music and microphones talking until 11:00Pm. I have children that I was trying to put to bed and it was a challenge. On top of that you have to pay for parking and one of the main elevators were not working. Leaving everyone to share one on the main entrance.

Love this hotel for its complimentary evening reception which comes with two free alchoholic drinks and also free breakfast. The only down part was the pool. The towel wasn't refilled and there was a guest who was yelling crazy to the partner. Other than that, everything was fine.

The only reason the I wouldn’t give excellent across the board is that just one of the breakfast staff was rude and once you have that experience you do not enjoy going down the next day because you already had a not positive experience. Where kuddos are due the chef that does the omelet was on fire and super pleasant. The front staff listened to our request (nothing crazy) but made sure they were accommodated where other hotels always give the so sorry we forgot. Overall a super pleasant stay and will be back as we visit family in Bellevue a couple times a year.

The TVs in our room didn't work/ cable was out. It didn't impact our stay as we were only there 1 night and we packed a fire stick. The front desk offered to send someone, but again we were only there for the night and it didn't bother us. We were surprised with a cocktail hour the night we arrived and the breakfast offered is more expansive than anticipated.
