Good and bad. Food quality and taste not great. Pull out sofa terribly uncomfortable (not sleep-able). Elevators not working. Rooms were clean and spacious. Starbucks across the street was a bonus since food wasn’t great. Nice and quiet.

I've been coming to this hotel for well over 10 years. It's just not the same. The breakfast is not near as good as before, and the evening reception only gives you max two drinks. They put us in a room & we got locked out, they insisted that it wasn't our room, we ended up having the front desk to let us in. They also never cleaned our room on a 2 night stay. Will never return.

The hotel lost power. In addition to not having any power, there was no heat, no hot water, no cell or landline service available and no internet service either. I couldn't get in touch with anyone since my cell had died using the flashlight since it was pitch black in my room, couldn't order an uber to leave because there was no internet service, couldn't even call a cab. I had gotten in late and had hoped power would be restored by the morning. It wasn't. The staff did the bare minimum in the morning for breakfast- they left a bowl of bananas out. No water, not even boxed coffee. The staffs attitude was disgusting. The male behind the front desk was actually saying things like "that's your problem," "not my problem," "that's on you" when being asked by guests if they should book somewhere else if there wasn't an update of power being restored, if they could get help order a cab, etc. His rude, unhelpful responses were his go-to and it angered many guests, including me. I'm surprised that a major hotel chain doesn't have a plan in situations like this. No generator, no flashlights, no power banks...nothing, except a terrible attitude by disrespectful and ignorant staff. I'll be returning to the Pacific Northwest in January and I won't even consider this hotel again.

The room -suite is large and decor is fresh. The hotel is however not exactly close to Bellevue city center - about a 15 min drive or 2 hour walk. A pretty basic breakfast buffet is included. and there is a small shop for snacks, soda, beer and wine. Some cost cutting guy at Hilton must have decided to cut down on amenities there were no glasses in the room so we had to drink wine out of the coffee cups. All in all though, - if all you are looking for is a good nights sleep, this place works.

This hotel has no sound insulation at all. I stayed in a one-bedroom unit with two queen beds and could hear everything happening in the next room, including their phone conversations, even though they weren’t being particularly loud. The elevators are incredibly slow, and they always seem to take turns being out of service for maintenance. Be prepared to wait if there’s a line at the front desk, as only one of the three computers there actually works for check-in. Additionally, the TV channels have a two-second delay when switching, which makes channel surfing very frustrating.
