This place is LOUD. There is any soundproofing at all so you can hear everything around you. My neighbors were having a normal conversation and I could clearly understand what they were saying. If anyone near you turns in their TV, you hear it. Someone's phone rings, you hear it. Very annoying.

Valet service is slow, waited 20 mins for car. When using valet to park car it would sit out on the road for an 1 hr waiting to be parked. Warning, when you check in there is no easy access to the elevator, have to either ascend or descend stairs to access elevator from lobby area.

The friendly staff checked me into a nice corner room that had small cable TV issue so the next day moved me to another corner room with small view of the sound. The rooms were spacious, clean and for the most part quiet (it’s a big city so you’ll hear occasional sirens) The management as all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The cafe/wine bar was nice to have in the hotel and you get a discount if you’re staying in the hotel. It’s a short walk to the waterfront and Pikes place market as well as to the monorail to get to the Space needle. Great shopping all around the area and there is convenience stores to fill your fridge with snacks and drinks.
