Beds were extremely uncomfortable. I tried both of them on different nights. Parking garage was fantastic and safe. Staff were really nice. If they upgraded the beds then it would be much better.

Really enjoyed staying at the Fairfield, only a 20 min walk to pike place market, and a 45 min walk to lumen field- but there is lots of shopping and things to see and do that it was worth the walk! Secure parking garage, great breakfast, clean rooms.

Nice, clean hotel, only two blocks from the space, needle and other entertainment areas. The rooms were small, but nice and very clean. Only complaint was that the walls seem very thin, so it was quite noisy above us and out in the hallway with other people around us. Continental breakfast was better than some hotels I've had which was a bonus. Parking seems a bit high at $25 a day. Besides the noise level at night, the hotel was overall and nice.

My car including 9 other cars got their windows smashed in the parking lot of the hotel. The management didnt even bother to contact my room and i had to find out when i walked to my car at 1030am and went back to approach them to find out what happened. On top of that i had to vacumm the car from the shard of broken glasses that happened to be left there. The worst hospitality service from an appantely reputable brand. Definitely not going to choose this brand of hotel again.

I unfortunately did not get the name of the guy who assisted me and my cousin on Oct 24/25. He was very friendly, helped us get a cab and actually paid for it, which was so nice of him. We did not expect him to do that, we offered to pay the following day but he politely declined. He also told the cab driver to make sure we got to the destination safely, the following day while checking out he asked if we got there safely as well. I hope this review gets to him as he made the trip down to Seattle more memorable. Other than why we were in Seattle. My cousin and I were talking about him while leaving and how the little gestures he did wasn’t expected and we were caught off guard by it. I want to say thank you. The little touches he did were very appreciative!
