staff was friendly and helpful.the breakfast was delicious.The rooms were clean. but the bed was to firm and uncomfortable for my back. But I did love staying there. It was close to places my son and I went to museums and the space needle.

Great for a start of new year
This is our second time staying in this hotel for new year. Room is large and comfortable, nice and clean, great location for new year countdown and seeing fireworks. Only downside is that sound insulation is not good.

Nice rooms and breakfast. Friendly staff. We could hear screams from the street during the night and also noise coming down into my room from the floor above. Get a room away from the street footpath and you'll be fine and get the top floor evel 6

Where to begin. The AC/temperature not working too well. It keeps dropping down to 62-64 in both suites and the living and dining area. It seems like windows are drafty. The door to the balcony was hard to lock. Missing tv remote in one of the rooms. The cabinet under the sink is broke on the hinge. Housekeeping on our first day did not clean the room. I called front desk about 10p and the operator was not sure if we had to call for housekeeping service or not.
