I stay at this property every time I am in town. The location is perfect with tons of dining and shopping options. The hotel is always clean and welcoming.

The staff was amazing as usual at this hotel. Its fairly a new building wich makes it so nice and up to date. Wish they had slightly bigger rooms but definitely will be staying again.

Very rude staff!!! My kids and a few others were playing on the sixth floor with a foam ball. Another guest had told us that it was okay, they had only been playing for 15 minutes when Joe came running up six flights of stairs and proceeded to yell at 10 year olds. He had told them to “Take their crap and leave”. I was unhappy with the way he had handled it, so I went to speak with him and tell him I was sorry for the kids but didn’t appreciate how he handled the situation. He then started to point his finger at me and treat me like a child. He told me that if I didn’t like how he was handling it I could leave and find another hotel, along with the rest of the group. I am very unhappy with this disrespectful staff member, and would not recommend other families to stay here, as they are not kid friendly.
