Hotel was great for the price. Hard to get used to the smell of weed everywhere but I guess that’s downtown Denver. Will stay here again for sure on my next visit.

The hot water system failed on a number of floors, including mine. Initially I was booked into such a room - Why? After reporting it, a temporary fix was carried out - then it failed again (so no hot shower). After reporting it again, I was told that I will need to move room ( evening of the second day) - but why was I booked into the room in the first-place and why was I not informed of the problem earlier and offered a new room earlier during my stay? Just very bad management and dreadful communication with guests
