This was our first trip to Seattle and we wanted a spacious room. We stayed in the King size room with bay view. The view did have a small view of the bay but not like I had hoped. More than half of the view were other buildings. Other than that we were completely happy with the room. It spacious and provided the comfort we needed for a week's stay. The full size refrigerator helped with leftovers from our meals and a microwave to heat things up. Restroom was large, however the shower and toilet were in the same room. It would be nice to have the toilet separate from the shower. The bed was comfortable and they also provided extra blankets and pillows. We had a living room with a TV as well as another TV in the bedroom. We also had a small dinning table to eat comfortably. The breakfast buffet was great. scrambled eggs, sausage, and toppings to make a Mexican taco.. cheese, pico de Gallo, seasoned meat or carnitas, and potatoes. they also had hot oatmeal with all the toppings as well as overnight oats or chia cups. They had a corner to make your own toast, bagel or english muffin. And they had yogurt. Plus orange juice. Oh they had a coffee and tea area that was available 24 hours. This was great! The front desk was very nice and helpful too.

The hotel location was good; great for attending a NHL hockey game. But I am not impressed with ‘paying $49 a night for parking’ when the supposedly secure parking Lot 1 roll up Door stayed open for 2 nights; that’s not secure!!!

Reserved a double queen room with sofa pullout but ended up with a king room with sofa pull out, which was not ideal with two adults and two kids. But hotel offered us two rooms which we didn’t take because we had two young kids and didn’t want to split up our family. So they comped our parking which was nice. Staff was great and helpful, location was very convenient for what we were in the city for, a concert at Climate Pledge Area. Less than a 10 min walk. I gave it an overall okay rating mostly because the hotel itself is a bit outdated, one elevator was out and the rooms need some updating. And the fact that we got a king room rather then a double queen which is what we truly needed and originally reserved. But great location and great staff.

I rated the property an overall 3. It would have been a 5 but housekeeping was inadequate. The hotel states housekeeping was every other day. On the 3rd day without housekeeping I asked the housekeeper in the hallway to clean the room. She did not speak English but through google translate she informed me my room was not on the schedule. I called the front desk and the suite was barely freshened that day. They changed the towels and made the bed. They did not change the sheets. They did not wash the dishes. They did not clean the bath. I was there 3 more days and the room was never cleaned again. Having said that, everything else about the hotel was more than adequate, breakfast, location, suite size, cleanliness when we arrived. The living room area could use a decorator 😃 I would definitely return but keep a strict schedule with housekeeping.

We loved that we were able to check in early. The hotel was very busy and had only one working elevator at the time. I was a bit shocked when I saw staff getting ahead of guests who either had luggage or hands full with dining plates to get on the elevator instead of using the stairs. The breakfast was a nice selection but the area seemed to be under staffed as seen by items not being replenished when out and the piles of dishes on tables and surrounding areas. The staff, only 2 seen, were very pleasant and would take care of things if asked.
