Room key didn't work, I had to go back to front desk to re-program. Bad showerhead spraying water sideways. Toilet not flushing - chain to flapper valve broken (re-connected it myself). Very noisy, rumbling AC/heater unit. Strong odor of dog poop at 4th floor elevator area. Dirty elevator with floor indicator broken. Hidden $15 + tax parking fee not listed in booking, not disclosed at check-in. I will not re-visit.
