Great stay overall. Comfy bed, clean rooms, friendly and accommodating staff. Very close to Seattle Centre. The only downside is the air conditioning unit was making too much noise. Couldn't get a quiet sleep. Other than that it was all good!

Good Decision
Wonderful place to stay before our cruise 2 days later. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was available hours before check in. Secure locked doors including elevator, outer doors after 9pm Clean, beds comfortable, large room. Will definitely reconsider if visiting Seattle again.

The desk attendant was very unclear he was unable to provide a printed receipt. They told me I would be charged for parking upon checking in; and then told me on checkout I was not charged for parking, I checked my credit card statement and appears parking charges were applied. Very confusing message, the desk attendant did describe any hotel amenities at time of check in.
