The property is clean and beautiful. It’s walking distance to the shopping areas and restaurants. We are scheduled to arrive early at the property and reached out to customer service the night before if we can leave our bags at the front desk and they said they can take care of that. After arriving this morning they were able to accommodate an early check in. The staff are amazing. We appreciate Ali at the front desk and the rest of the staff at the lobby.

Upon arrival we were greeted with warm welcome from the valet and the check in desk. The hotel is very new and modern. Our room was situated in the middle of the hall as I requested. The hotel was quiet during the night and look out to the Bellevue Square. The only concern was, the next morning it was very windy outside and we could hear the wind sound in the room. It stopped after we put a towel underneath the door.

The parking rate of $65 per night seems high due to it not been LA or NY downtown. Plus there was a $25 service fee. I am not sure what that was for as there is limited on site facilities. Gym was clean and basic. No work space or business area. Ok hotel and will not expect to return. Better options in the city area with free parking or pools

The room was beautiful and our concierge, Leanne, was instrumental in making this a special weekend for my partner and I. I dropped off some supplies that Leanne and her team setup in the room before our arrival as a surprise, and she was also able to get us a last minute reservation at Ascend Steakhouse to cap off our night. This hotel was terrible just let me start off with that they falsely advertise their spa while yes they have one but isn’t open yet. And neither is the 24 hr food for room service. Having to wait the next day for towels an hr when we are told nobody is or has been staying there despite being open a few weeks. $65 a day for valet is too much and also waiting for ice 45 mins and no luggage racks in the room. I was not at all pleased for $1200 when the rooms a small closet like room and wasted space in the bathroom that’s so dark u can’t see to do your makeup. This place was crap. Not at all would I stay here again if it were free. There are far better options for hotels that are nicer across the st like Westin and W and Hyatt maybe they aren’t brand new but way better and half the price
