So they are revamping this place. Cutting a lot of corners along the way. One being the window blind was about 10 inches to short and for some reason they thought this would be ok. It’s not. I woke up at 2am to catch some guy standing there watching me sleep I guess. Super creepy.

I understand the price is low. The women who clean the rooms seem to take it very seriously. The meds and the pillows are severely uncomfortable. Bed is so low to the ground. My tv did not work and I was even given a remote control anyway. Toilet needed work. The sink had no water pressure, washing my face and hands was difficult. The shower nozzles were hard to manage. Towels had a weird odor as well. Location was very convenient. Staff was friendly. I was never warned that they lock the gates. So imagine my surprise trying to get in.

The motel is very old and hasn't been upgraded in a long time. It is squeezed in between high rises. The beds were comfortable though andthe location was great with many attractions in walking distance

Everything OK for this low-end hotel except for the TV channel availability. Only local channels. No national networks AT ALL. No cable news channels or national networks. No movie networks. Just local news - i.e. local traffic reports. Nice TV but, no content.

Weird vibes.
No hot water. Toilet was running all night. Tv didn’t work. Blinds didn’t close all the way and also didn’t span the entirety of the window. The profile pictures are extremely deceiving, and show a neighboring hotel, which is not the kings inn motel. But the bed was comfortable, and was walking distance to some fun places.

The Second Most Worst Hotel Stay
Based on the price and the reviews I expected a whole lot more. TV had no signal. Ice bucket no plastic liner. There were two individuals crouching down behind a wall out of view of the front desk smoking God knows what. The door barely locked and had to be forced. No decorations whatsoever. I tore my socks on a gap in the prefab flooring that was not installed right. Hardly any furnishings, the chair in the bedroom was a folding chair leaned up against the wall. There was no bottom sheet on the bed, just a mattress cover, top sheet and a blanket. When I reserved with my card they had already run it and charged it. Usually I can hold with a card and submit a different card for the bill and incidentals. I was given no receipts for services upon checkout, so I still don't know what I was charged for. Hotels.com should be ashamed for offering up this property, as it was below standard and frankly a dive.

We had an amazing stay at Kings Inn! I definitely recommend, this was our first time in Seattle! During my booking process it was important to have everything walking distance! This place was so convenient and accessible! The Pike Market Place and the Space Needle were a walking distance! Also recommend getting the train! We didn’t do enough research before we landed buttttt the Uber from rhe airport to the hotel was 68-80$ the train drops you off a walking distance from the hotel and was only 3$
