For an older building the rooms are still very nice. Great bed and pillows. Elevator was always available. Parking in garage behind the property for a reasonable price.

The staff were very helpful, provided sound advise on local food outlets, how to get around Seattle. The breakfast was excellent. Kerry the manager was a bubbly enthusiastic person who made you feel welcome.

Staff was very rude, especially the one that ran the breakfast area in the morning. Property is old and seems dirty. Beds and decor are old. Needs updating

Theres was a mildew smell in the hall3and in my room causing me to sneeze, cough and have itchy eyes throughout my whole trip. Thus was my first family trip in 9 years and i wish the hotel experience was a little nicer
