Overall clean high end apt. Great for a 7 night stay. Free parking, close to everything. Definitely no need to overpack clothes with the convenient laundry in unit! No breakfast, but several breakfast options in the area within a 15 minute walk.

Great hotel with lots of amenities. It has mini apartments for rooms with some ynique features including a game room, a theater room, a music rehearsal area and barbecue area. Staff were very friendly.

Great price for two bedrooms and a pull out sofa. Stayed there for PAX, and the walk to the convention centre was easy. There was only one bathroom, so it was a little difficult for everyone to coordinate, and the bathroom sink was pretty small. Fantastic amenities, like two pools, a gym, and even a small convenience store.

I didn’t listen to the other nightmare reviews and was so excited to enjoy the rooftop pool, hot tub, large room with kitchenette etc. Don’t bother. This place is highway robbery. For same amount of money, go enjoy the Fairmont or something. Rudest front desk I’ve ever come across. I called ahead and asked for early check in- was told it wouldn’t be a problem. We arrive at 1:45. Was told it’d be another hour. Okay, that’s fine. So we head back at 3pm and ask about our room. The eye rolls, ignorance and exasperation (they told ME to come back in an hour, I wasn’t being pushy) was beyond ridiculous and I wanted to cancel our room then and there but didn’t because we’re still hoping to enjoy the pool. We’re told to come back in another hour. Awesome, thanks for that. Wasted our afternoon trying to check in. Finally get to our room, only to not have working keys. Go back, get new keys. Room is gross. Counters are sticky, hair not cleaned, floors not swept, but bedding looked clean so I desperately tried to clean what I could so we can head to pool. Guess what? Key doesn’t work to the pool. Head back to front desk, “oh you need different keys” Cool, yet another wasted half hour. We finally get to the pool at 5:30. It’s cold. We tried to tough it out but ended up wanting to go back to the room. But only to find our keys do not work for entry to elevator and after we walk around to other entrance the elevator isn’t working AT ALL. Up the stairs we go! RUN FROM THIS PLACE- SO AWFUL

Property is nice with good amenities. Area around leaves something to be desired - not a lot to do or restaurants. Still, would have given 5 stars if not for the brutal check-in. The slowest check-in I've ever experienced which created massive lineup. Over 1.5 hour wait.

Location was good. Amenities were awesome, loved the cold plunge, steam room, hot tub and pool. The receptionist was not good at his job. Didnt even lookup the roght reservation even though i handed him my I.D. Had to repeat myself over and over because he forgot what i had said. Didnt seem like he knew what he was doing. Also at 10min til check in he said my room wouldnt be ready for a while..... then later said it was ready by the time imI reparked my car.

Not a Traditional Hotel
Do not stay here if you are looking for traditional hotel experience such as staff walking around to assist and daily house keeping. The only staff is at the front desk. This is more of an airbnb / apartment with a front desk. Parking was troublesome, our permit didnt work most of the time for the gate to open so we had to wait for someone to open the gate for us. For any direction, staff just told us to scan the QR code thats as much help as they provided. The property is nice though.
