2nd time staying here. 1st time was excellent ( booked 3 rooms for family ) however was completely put off with the check in and experience with the manager on shift this time. Tried to upsell me on a bigger room ( super cheesy way of going about it ) and was unhelpful with a couple of my pretty basic questions. Felt like I was wasting his time and left me standing at the counter for no reason. Hotel itself and restaurant is a 5star. Rooms are beautiful though the one I had for this stay had drapes that were not well thought out and let large amounts of light in at all times. Location is OK but not great for any walkable options in regards to restaurants, parks etc.

The Lotte is fantastic hotel that feels upscale and the ambiance/aesthetic were first class. The staff was very friendly and very responsive. The one critical observation was the wind at night made the room creek.

We loved our stay at Lotte hotel in Seattle. We had a bay view (selected at booking for an extra cost), which did not disappoint. The room was beautiful and impeccably clean. The beds was very comfortable. The shower was huge and had 2 shower heads (rain and regular). The only thing that I think some people may appreciate a warning about is that sounds travel easily through the hall of mirrors bathroom. Also, the location was very convenient, within a 15-30 minute walk (or few minute drive) of plenty of restaurants, including the Pike Place Market.

Nice hotel, great views from our room. Bed was comfortable. The resto/lounge was closed for a private event, and the volume of noise made from there made it hard to hear the front desk staff (right beside the lounge). Overall was a great experience.

We had an absolutely amazing experience. Love the design of the hotel. We notice the carpet on the floor had a tree trunk pattern. Each branches point to a room entrance, elevator, entrance to other places. I thought that was a great attention to details. The ambiance was so warm and comforting. Every staff was so nice and accommodating. We were able to check-in 3 hours before the check-in time. The restaurant's food was delicious. It wasn't crowded at all. We had a great cozy dinner with a nice view. Love that we had slippers, robes, shower cap, and lint remover in addition to the typical stuff. The shampoo, conditioner, and lotions smell amazing. So sad to leave and wished we stayed longer.
