One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. We slept great because it was so quiet and comfortable. Amazingly convenient transportation options as the hotel is attached to the Westlake Mall.

Football Trip was amazing! Hotel location is ideal. Walking distance to Pike Place Market. Lots of options to eat. Shopping mall near by as well. We flew in, no rental car. Used light rail train (super cheap!) to get from Airport to Westlake. Right next to hotel. Also used light rail to stadium. Piece of cake! Hotel will get you a cab with flat rate to airport if travelling outside of light rail operation. Cheaper than Uber!

Staff were very attentive and valet parking was a great price for downtown Seattle. Very close to walk to pike street market. Downside was beds were too firm and pillows not great. Also not a lot of shelf space in the bathroom for toiletries and the air con kept turning off which would wake us up.

Very satisfied with my stay here.
Valet and front desk service was great. Very friendly staff. Location was excellent. Room was quiet and clean. The hotel is old so don’t expect the same thing as a new hotel and you won’t be disappointed. There are a few dings and some older details, but nothing noteworthy at all. Oliver’s for cocktails was great as well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
