Great location. Comfortable bed and bedroom size. Fan didn’t work in bathroom. Would have thought there’d be a way to compost coffee grounds and such a waste with individual Starbucks coffee servings. Wouldn’t buy Starbucks again

Old but still OK. Would not come back.
The hotel is classic. It shows its a old hotel but its well-maintained. Would need a certain refresh to accommodate today’s requirements. For example, would be nice to have access to more than 2 electric outlets in the room, like usb outlets and connections close to the desk for laptop computer. Its clean but the wallpaper, decoration are worn off. Overall, for the price paid, we are a little disappointed.

The hotel is near the metro, the pike place market, uniqlo, target and a mall. There are places near by to eat, a movie theater basically next door and is in walking distance from many places to sightsee. Our room was always kept clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing, we went to the restaurant twice. As great as the location is, there are a lot of homelessness in the area. At one point, I saw a man grab a woman while I was walking towards Target. I wouldn't advise for any females to walk around this area on their own. When it came to the hotel room, if you have back problems, I would recommend bringing your own pillow. I spent the entire week with back and neck pain because the pillows have absolutely no support and I have to sleep on a pillow that is more firm and strong.
