The room above me had a howling dog, the TV reception was terrible, the place reaked of marajuana. Airport shuttle doesn't start until 7am, then only hourly. The front desk staff were attentive, but management clearly doesn't care!

It was pretty clean, the bed was pretty comfortable, it was cheap compared to its neighbors. It seemed a little sketchy, but we didn't have any trouble...at all. Its a bit run down. I probably wouldn't choose it again, although it was exactly what we needed, a place to sleep near the airport to avoid driving in Seattle rush hour.

The door frame was broken so honestly anyone could just slam into it and open our door. Staff was very rude, went to check in at 2pm which is hour earlier than on site. Was told had to wait so I did wait. Come 3pm the staff that made me wait while she was just sitting around doing nothing. Made me wait for next staff to check in around 315pm. First room shower broke. And second the frame was broken.

Overall it was a good stay. We only stayed one night and it was just comfortable enough(wish they provided atleast 2 pillows each; but was only given 1 little pillow each. The hotel seems to be in a safe area. The guest was a mix of different characters; but nothing that caused concern.

This is by far one of the worst places to stay for additional facilities. If you just want a place to stay, then sure. I stayed for 2 nights and more than half of my stay did not have wifi. On the other hand, the pool was closed and I went in September mid. There was limited parking and had to park far away. Also, the receptionist was very rude and not helpful at all.

Don't know where to start. The first room I was given had a very foul order. I smelled like very, very, very old mop water. I tried to let the room air out but the smell was still there. Also, the internet was not working most of the time. The bathroom sink was stopped up. The toilet constantly ran until I fixed it. About the only thing that worked in this place were the vending machines. Never again!

First impression this might be ok. Quick check in and friendly staff. Now to the not so great. The entry doors around the hotel are broken. Anyone can enter without the key card near pool and back entrance. The hallways are dirty and stained. No daily vacuuming happening here. I had a short stay and 2:30 wake-up. Initially the room smelled better on the way in and looked somewhat clear. The bad: Ants in sink, stains on Comforters, and I found dog kibble and dead bugs in floor next to bed near window. Kicker - I was awaken at 12:30 am to dogs barking and a man yelling curse words and threatening to call the police. Minutes later front desk calls and ask me to keep it down. They had the wrong room. All this noise apparently was from first floor. This hotel might work for a few hour stay traveling with a group. Unsafe in my opinion for high risk population and those traveling with children.
