I enjoyed the “theme” of old shipping era. Having a restaurant connected was very convenient! It was sad to see homeless & graffiti around that area! But appreciated all the security in hotel! Restaurant was “top”!!!!

Michael front desk was sweet and caring with my elderly 98 grandmother we were traveling with really made checking in easy. Also, Khalin went over and beyond my coming with me to parking lot since we arrived after midnight and I was a little concerned about walking back to hotel. Top notch service !!! Thank you for a wonderful stay, I will share with all my friends and followers the amazing experience we had.

One block walk to Pike Place Market. Great location! Shopping, bars and restaurants all within walking a block or two. Friendly staff! Will stay there on my next visit to Seattle. Highly Recommend!

The rooms are loud. We were on the 3rd floor and the windows are very thin and you could hear sirens all night long. It’s so loud that they provide ear plugs without a request. Also there was a flashing light from the fire alarm that flashed all night so I slept with an eye mask on. As far as location and lobby it’s great. The lobby bar was fun and the bar tender was helpful. You get a free drink upon check in. They also only provide one robe for a two person room and charge for water bottles which was disappointing.

The hotel and room were fabulous. Despite asking to move rooms every day for 4 days however, the staff wasn’t helpful in accommodating, so our room overlooked super noisy crack addict alley for our entire stay. Constant screaming and trash trucks. Would not book again unless I could be guaranteed a room on an opposite side.

Soiled bed sheets
I liked most things about this hotel. We just had 1 significant problem. The bed sheets hadn't been changed after the previous guest. The issue then wasn't taken seriously. After being asked to replace the sheets they only straightened them out. We had to go to their front desk again and demand new sheets. They didn't seem to think it mattered much at all.
