The property seemed run down and not very clean. Paint was chipped and peeling in places in the bathroom, where the door hinges were rusty. There seemed to be no noise proofing, odd for an airport hotel, we could easily hear neighbors, people in the hallway, airplanes, and road traffic. Front desk clerk was friendly and efficient, airport shuttle was fine, but the room left a lot to be desired, and the price was way too high for something of this poor quality.

It's very noisy during night. A drunk women yelled and smashed something next my room around 2am. I felt very scared. I booked two nights. The second day when I came back from my lunch, I couldn't open my room because they disabled my key. I couldn't find anyone at the front desk. I had to wait until she was back. When she came back, she didn't say sorry. She said it's my fault because I put the key in my wallet too long. it's ridiculous. Today when I checked the transaction from my credit, it charged extra. I asked my credit card dispute the extra charge.

Amazing airport hotel with a great breakfast. Rooms were very clean and the staff were great. Close to SeaTac with shuttle.

The check in clerk was on a personal call that was more important to our checking into the room. He did not tell us there was an elevator to the 2ed floor when we checked in. The room he exchanged us to, was a very difficult walk for 2 handicapped people. I have always been very satisfied with other Quality Inn personnel, but his mind was not on serving customers. There was another customer behind me, who was also left waiting.
