The check in clerk was on a personal call that was more important to our checking into the room. He did not tell us there was an elevator to the 2ed floor when we checked in. The room he exchanged us to, was a very difficult walk for 2 handicapped people. I have always been very satisfied with other Quality Inn personnel, but his mind was not on serving customers. There was another customer behind me, who was also left waiting.

We booked 2 rooms. The one with laminate floors was fine. The other smelled like a wet dog. We moved to another room. Smell wasn’t as bad, but we moved to a third room and it was the best of the 3. If you’re driving, there’s lots of stuff around. It’s limited if you’re walking. Saving grace was Tonya at the front desk. She was great! Very helpful and accommodating. She mentioned there’s a newer owner and the hotel was getting rid of the carpets, but customers were complaining about the noise, so they had to hold-off. But may continue the process at a later date. Thx for helping make our stay manageable, Tonya!

Traveling to Greece early in the morning! Shuttle to the airport at 4:00 was a huge perk of staying at Quality Inn. The room was spacious, clean and the staff was amazing. Recommended the place across the street for dinner and it was as good as she said it would be. Best part they had long term parking for our car. Great hotel for the night.

The front desk staff were really helpful and respectful to my questions. I had asked for a vacuum of the room, more towels, and clean sheets from the housekeepers but it wasn't done. Breakfast was good and the place was quiet in general

We arrived after mid-night. We called for a shuttle and had to wait about 30 minutes for it to arrive. The room was not worth the $187 we paid.

We arrived on a red-eye flight in the middle of the night, got picked up by the hotel's free shuttle service from the airport and were greeted by a friendly staff at the front desk. We enjoyed the breakfast the next morning.

Very noisy all night with crickety stairs right between our 2 rooms. But what was worse was the beds were hard and pillows were lumpy. Cheap cheap for a moderate priced hotel. Will happily pay more for a guaranteed comfortable bed to get a few hours sleep

Good hotel near Sea-Tac airport
First off, 24/7 shuttle service to and from Sea-Tac airport is a big plus. In fact, the shuttle bus came promptly, thanks!! That said, software service (i.e. staff) was really nice no only shuttle bus driver but also all people who work here. As the hotel seems to have been renovated recently, it has a decent shape. But, as is always the case for older facility, ventilation/air circulation of the bathroom was not great although we knew it would be a costly update. We had a good night sleep and was ready for the following day. The variety of continental breakfast was limited; however, we greatly appreciated for their effort to offer something. Again, thank you very much for your precious effort!!
