I forgot to mention when I checked out, there is a short in the plug-in in room 507. To the left of the coffee maker on the side of the countertop, the first plug-in (in the refrigerator area) has a short. Also the staff when I checked in was extremely efficient and kind people. All the airline employees were checking in also and their rooms were ready to go. I was impressed. I appreciate the location within walking of SEA, and the courtesy van is appreciated. It is much nicer to spend the 14 hours at the hotel rather than hanging out waiting for an international flight the next day at the airport.

Great for one night
This property is extremely convenient. It’s literally across the street from the airport. It’s a short walk to the Link train as well. We stay here because of the convenience. That said, if you’re looking for fine dining close, you will need to drive or find another method of transportation. Walking won’t be an option.

I did not end up going to Seattle and couldn't cancel the hotel directly. I have found it is impossible to deal w Expedia. I have also found I get lousy rooms at higher prices than I would pay directly to the hotel when I book w Expedia. Regretfully, I have 4 more bookings through Expedia but if these conditions don't improve, I will never use Expedia again.

Stayed here for two nights and have to say not at all impressed. Other than the comfy bed things were not great. Staff did not inform me of necessary information until I asked (for example) why my room wasn’t cleaned as apparently you need to request this. There were dents, scratches and messy areas not maintained or cleaned and the AC wouldn’t turn off and was extremely noisy! I will not be returning to this hotel.
