When we ask to get shampoo and conditioner we were told to go to the reception to get it. The only reason why we needed more shampoo is because the room was not cleaned during our stay.

Sheets were straightend not swapped out for new guest(me) found debris in the bed, including toenail clippings, debris under the bed including food packaging and pieces of toys.

This is a great hotel for the price. The staff is lovely, the rooms are clean, neat, and well laid out. The highway, Whole Foods, coffee, bagels, etc. are right across the street and Redmond Town Center is a short drive away.

This hotel had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on I missed breakfast once because of how hard it was to wake up. The room was very clean, taking showers was enjoyable, the hot drink machine in the lobby was a delight to use and I used it many times, the desk was comfortable to work on and featured great window view so I could make sure my car was safe.

Well maintained property! So many lower priced hotels I've visited in recent years have had issues with plumbing, lights, carpeting it or other issues. It's so nice to find a hotel that is in great shape without having to pay for amenities I don't need

I like that it is walkable to surrounding area amenities like restaurants, coffeeshop, Whole Foods etc. I didn’t like that it is kind of noisy since it is close to the freeway, the gym is very small, there is not much to choose from in their breakfast options, there are cleaning staff but there were some trash in the hallway. I like that they have lots of extra towel in the bathroom but they provided only very small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion (for 2 guests) that’s why I have to go buy from Whole Foods. I like that their pillows are very soft and comfortable to use. Their keys keep getting demagnetized that I have to go to the front desk twice to get it fixed.

This time it wasn’t so good as the other times. I didn’t have the room cleaned for 3 days over 4, bath drain was clogged. The message light on the phone kept blinking as it had a long message for another customer and the thermostat was not working, either too hot or too cold.
