Unfortunately, I found the staff to be unresponsive during our stay. On the first night, we ordered food from the hotel’s restaurant before 9:30 p.m. using the online system, which confirmed our order and stated that the food would arrive within 30 minutes. However, after waiting for an hour with no sign of the food, I contacted the front desk. They informed me that the restaurant was busy due to a football game and that we would have to wait another hour. In the end, we didn’t get any food at all, and there was no apology from the staff. I don’t recommend this hotel if you’re traveling with family or kids.

The staff was so kind and helpful and flexible. Our room had an amazing view, was clean, comfortable and quiet. Even the morning coffee included with the room was great and not watered down like most hotels give you. We even got a box of delicious chocolates. Lots of value for the price and location. By far one of the best hotels we have stayed at. We will definitely return.

Room is great, restaurant is not.
The room itself was great - bed was very comfortable and water pressure was good. Service at the restaurant was awful. Sat there for 30 minutues and they didnt even check our water, food was very slow and it wasnt busy, had to go back to the pizza kitchen to get my own to go box.

This is our favorite Seattle hotel, right on the waterfront and walking distance to Pike Place Market and downtown. The onsite restaurant is delicious and Anthony's is right across the street. Friendly staff, festive lobby bar, and beautiful ammenities.
