The hotel was located by many food options which was great for us since we didnt have a car. We received an up grade because I had prepaid. The room was nice but the bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. There was hair on the floor that was not ours. No.water pressure in the shower.

Great but no pool
Overall stay was great. Very close proximity to everything. We were disappointed that the pool was closed and we were not informed at booking or check in. That was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

We booked this hotel for location and the indoor pool for our daughter- we called to verify the pool was working. Upon check in we were told it's closed. The hotel offered another hotels pool 7 blocks away- but no way to get there or compensation for the trouble. The could have cared less.

Property was in a great and convenient location, close to major tourist sites. Lori at check-in was wonderful. Very helpful, informative and pleasant. Our room was alright, except the bedsheets and pillows smelled like damp laundry.
