Pros: 1. Located close to the airport (10-15 minutes away by car). 2. Quiet; isolated from less safe parts of Renton. 3. Plenty of parking. 4. Room/unit was very spacious. 5. Really liked having a full kitchen. 6. Quality furnitures. 7. Comfortable bed and pillows. 8. Complimentary popcorn (not sure if we were just hungry, but we thought it was delicious) Cons: 1. Overall condition of the building seemed a bit old (can see slight wear and chips on the walls and doors). 2. Located a bit far from the touristy areas (Pike Place, Space Needle, Downtown, etc.). The tradeoff is, of course, being close to the airport, which I preferred more. Overall, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Amazing value for the price.

The hotel information needs to clearly state that the airport shuttle only comes upon receipt of a phone call. Then the hotel needs to answer the phone. Fortunately the sister property answered their phone and we were picked up after 90 minutes.

Staff was very friendly, easy check in. Was able to check in earlier than our check in time. They were able to accommodate at the last minute. When walking into the building it had an overwhelming smell that most likely is caused by different guests making food, as each room has its own kitchen. However, the smell was gone once we reached inside of our room. We were on the second floor, walls are thin and had a noisy upstairs neighbor. The bed was very firm, not that great of sleep the first night but after breaking it in, was better the rest of the stay. Overall I would recommend this location and would stay here again.
