Great central location for exploring the area, short drive to a large outdoor mall with many dining options. Park and ride to Downtown Seattle just a few mins away. Rooms are spacious and well laid out for longer stays. We would stay here again

Sonesta to the Rescue!
Our Delta flight from Seattle to Las Vegas, because of the global IT outage, was cancelled, and we needed a place to stay the night. Sonesta had a great rate with free shuttle service, and our check-in gal was AMAZING! She was manning the front desk, handling phone calls, organizing shuttle rides – and all by herself! Very impressive. The only thing we didn't like was the taste of the tap water for making coffee (yuck!), but that certainly wasn't the hotel's fault. Overall, a great place at a great price with GREAT service!

The hotel furnishings were old and the TV did not work but we only stayed 1 night so that was unimportant to us. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. I was also pleased with the fact that they have a free shuttle service to the airport. It was also a good value - a suite with a full kitchen was only $165 + taxes.

The hotel it self was a little out dated and could use some up to date features. We only needed one night and it was fine for crashing for the night. I did not like the fact that the free shuttle services were not fully explained to us and had to take an uber to the airport the next moring. The shuttle only runs every hour and we had missed it by 5 minutes. We would of missed our flight waiting on the next shuttle. If that was explained fully upon check in then i would of made sure to get up earlier. I was told that the shuttle runs 24 hours a day and to just call when i needed it.

When we checked in we were told there was a shuttle to go to the mall….told the shuttle we be there in 30-40 minutes and they would call our room…no call went to front desk and was told that the shuttle was for airport runs and maybe we should call Uber very rude girl….will never stay there again.

This property is casual & comfy. Kids playing in the pool. Many people in town for extended stays or medical treatment reasons. It’s a drive to get food out and explore but for a quick stay off the beaten path in Tukwila it’s not bad.

Simple, but clean and comfortable.
I was there for business so I just needed clean and safe place. This hotel was exactly what I needed. Room was clean with kitchenette. It was comfortable and close to the airport. No restaurants or shops near by but I had a rental car. It was close to the airport. I’d go back there again.

The check-in process was not great! The person who checked us in was definitely not friendly. The room definitely needs a deep cleaning. Found some mold in the shower and the cabinets need a cleaning. I really did like room and will become a memeber
