Great central location for exploring the area, short drive to a large outdoor mall with many dining options. Park and ride to Downtown Seattle just a few mins away. Rooms are spacious and well laid out for longer stays. We would stay here again

Room had no towels at check in. Walls are paper thin. The room next door had their tv loud at 1am you could hear everything word for word waking us up both nights. Would not stay here again.

Pictures online were not the same as in person. There were no sheets on the sofa bed or extra blankets, we had to get them from the lobby. They were stained and so was the mattress, pretty bad. You could feel the springs when laying down or sitting. Looked to be some blood spots on one of the pillow cases. The queen bed was also very uncomfortable. Smelled strongly of weed outside and smoky in the lobby. However, the staff was very helpful and friendly!

We never actually got to stay because they did not have the ADA room available that I had booked online. We had to go to another of their hotels close by. If they are going to have the ADA rooms online, they should have them available...it's false advertising!

The room had a foul smell and the bathroom smelled like urine from the beginning of our stay till the end. The phone looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time! There were stains on the wall and old furniture. On our last day maintenance had to come in and work on the tub because apparently it was leaking into the room under us

Was moved around three times at check in to three separate rooms because each one was still dirty. Dog hair from past tenants, dried food on the counters, mystery stains on the couch and pillows. Nightmare stuff. We opted to stay at another property nearby and cancelled our reservation. Please save yourself the experience and go elsewhere. Sonesta Select Suites took fantastic care of us and was clean. Go there.

Rooms were spacious and staff helpful. The beds aren't the most comfortable. Everything is a little dated, which makes the room feel a little dingy. But, they were clean. Shuttle service provided to and from airport and the price is better than some other nearby hotels. I'd stay there again.

My first room smelled horribly like something was burnt in the room. Fabreez wasnt able to cover thr smell. I had to ask 3 times to be moved. The next room was much better but still had a strange odor when you walked into the room but it was much more tolerable. The rooms were clean but dated. The common areas were no cleaned and overkooked. There were pistachio shells in the hallway fir 4 straight days until i tild someone about it

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sonesta Simply Suites. We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom, rather than a one bedroom, so that worked out great. Just a few things missed for cleaning when we arrived, but no big deal. We were in the middle building so to go for breakfast or the fitness center we had to walk to another building. Breakfast and parking are additional charges. Staff were very pleasant and helpful!
