The staff were friendly and accommodating, the hotel/room was clean and comfortable, and the complementary breakfast was great too.This hotel is located in the heart of downtown and is a walking distance to many of the tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great, with lots of options. The room was fine. The hotel is convenient to the aquarium, Pikes Place, and within walking distance of REI. On the negative side, there's a lot of street noise most of the night - motorcycles and cars gunning. We had a noise machine that helped a lot. Also, I'd failed to notice that parking was $40/day. My bad, I'm usually not staying downtown in a big city, where this is probably common.

The floors were so dirty. White socks were so covered in dirt in the room. Was actually very disgusting! Was very disappointed. Staff are excellent. Very Friendly. Breakfast was excellent and lots of food! I’m finding more vagrants in the area and around the hotel. Not the hotels fault, but it’s starting to get dirtier in the area.
