Parking area could use better monitoring to ensure their is enough parking. Many vehicles taking up two spaces, and not utilizing the compact vehicle spaces. Parking was extremely difficult coming back to the property at 730pm.

Very nice staff. Super comfy beds! My only complaint is the gym is way outdated. (Yes I know weird to work out on vacation but I was preparing for hiking!) Also the Curtains didn’t fully close to where it blocks out sunlight but it wasn’t bad. I enjoyed the complimentary drink and the fact you could use a bike. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to use one for my short stay but maybe next time!

The Maxwell Hotel is conveniently located just blocks from major Seattle attractions. Close to nearby restaurants. Just park your car and browse the area by foot. I was having problems with charging my phone, the Concierge was VERY helpful in resolving my issue. More importantly, we arrived from our cruise ship early, around 11:00 AM. We had luggage we wanted to just drop off so we could spend the day in Seattle. But Ebbise, the gentleman at the front desk went ahead and booked us a room at that time. This is service I am not used to, but with the Maxwell Hotel, it seems to be normal. We are impressed.

We stay here when we do stuff downtown. Quiet location just outside of downtown Seattle but a quick Lyft ride to downtown. Walkable to climate pledge arena. Always clean with friendly helpful staff! Fun decor

We had a suite room to accommodate 5 people! The two twin beds are so soft and comfortable for my kidos to have a good sleep. The sofa bed is cleaner than I expected. We had a cozy experience during our stay!

Hotel offered pre-check in which was efficient. Decor is super cute. Beds are comfortable. This is a dog friendly property. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. It’s about a 10 minute Uber to Pike Place Market (or 30 walk).
