We had crazy loud upstairs neighbors, but the hotel was able to accommodate us by letting us move rooms. The staff was so polite and the rooms were so clean and comfy.

Parking area could use better monitoring to ensure their is enough parking. Many vehicles taking up two spaces, and not utilizing the compact vehicle spaces. Parking was extremely difficult coming back to the property at 730pm.

The beds were very comfy. It was close to Seattle Centre, which has museums, dining etc. While we visited when it was slow and it was not a problem for us, I could see in the summer that the pool would be very crowded as it is quite small.

The property was very cute. My granddaughter loved the lobby. Dining options close by and short walk to the space needle. I didn't find the bed to be as great as they said. I found the bedding hot and uncomfortable- but i am a very picky sleeper

Great location
A great stay at The Maxwell/pineapple hotel. Their theme is cute and playful with the nicest staff. This will be my third time staying with them and the first time at the Maxwell hotel location. We were in town for the ballet and it was only a block away from PNB and the Seattle Center was close by as well. Great dining options around and very easy to get to. There’s street parking or the hotel offers self garage parking. The hotel room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is an old building they remodeled so it did have an old home smell to it and had some outdated tile in the bathroom. It was definitely clean and comfortable though.
