Outside, terraced landscaping flows down to the lakefront, leading to a private dock, creating an unmatched lakeside oasis.

Broadview-Bitter Lake in north Seattle is a quiet residential neighborhood just 20 minutes from downtown. This lakefront retreat is ideally located just minutes from several major hospitals, universities, restaurants, shopping and just a mile from Carkeek Park, one of Seattle’s most spectacular parks with 220 acres of watershed with miles of hiking trails, a salmon spawning stream, a playground, an environmental learning center, picnic areas, and access to the Puget Sound.
