Clean, comfortable room with couch and easy chair. Nice chilled lemon water in reception and coffee in morning. Fast transport to airport on the shuttle in the morning. Some people complained about the area around the hotel, but we didnt see any garbage or homeless. It was great for relatively inexpensive airport hotel.

The air conditioning unit did not work.First night hotel was sold out and no other room was available. Maintenance was supposed to correct it in the morning. Came back to room after being gone all day. It was still not working. They gave me a fan to use. Adjusted only $20 per night for inconvenience.

No place for families
Parking was a nightmare. It was after midnight and we were told not to park in the well lit front of the hotel. We were given a remote control and directed to a lot around the corner, which required two my turns on a busy street due to no right turn out of the parking lot. And the. We had to walk, with our kids and luggage, back to the hotel entrance. The whole place was run down and smelled bad. The sofa bed was flat as a cracker and the springs poked my daughter all night. She finally switched to sleeping on the coach instead. Definitely didn’t feel safe in this hotel. Not worth the money we paid to stay.

My stay was very fast. I was just there for a funeral and you were supposed to have canceled my second night due to changes in my schedule and it never got canceled and I was never reimbursed.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. However, there is very limited parking and the parking spaces are small and tight. It is challenging if you have a large car like the one we were driving (Ford Expedition).

1.5 hrs to get to the hotel with a shuttle service who did ent speak a kick of English! Room was dierty , shower water dident work and dirty toilet. I expect this from a motel 6 but not $300 per night room! Absolute disappointed!

Check-in was a hassle because the clerk didn’t know what she was doing. We arrived at 2 am and it took 30 minutes to check-in. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, and it was insanely noisy. There were no sound barriers in place at all.
