Not having valet parking available for hotel guests. The valet parking is a first come, first served. Even for none hotel guests. Had to find parking for a little while because of the time we checked in. There was no disclaimer about valet parking. Other than that, stay was wonderful; rooms clean and staff wonderful and worked with us about the parking issue.

Overall recalled enjoyed our stay at the Alexis! The only two things that were questionable was the shorting of electricity that happened almost every day/night we stayed, specifically in the hallway area. And two out of the four nights we stayed there, we came back to our door being open, when we made sure to close it. I don’t know if this was room service accidentally leaving our door open, because we did get room service at times we didn’t even request it, or something else. However, it made it very scary to enter our room both nights, because the initial hallway lights shorted out during those times. Otherwise no complaints!

Worth the stay
The Hotel was very accommodating. Check in wasn’t till 4pm, our flight arrived at 9am and once we arrived, they allowed us in our room. They recommended some amazing dinner options that we absolutely loved. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Market. It was a safe location. The accommodations were very clean and spacious, the staff were super friendly. I enjoy more firm pillows and not so much, feather down pillows. If I were to complain, that would be my only one. Everything else…perfect. We plan on staying here again when we return next June. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Pretty run down honestly. Lots of grout in the shower, for example. Perfume place in the lobby that reeks whenever you walk in, so beware if you are sensitive to odours. Good location if you want to visit Pike Place, etc. Service was excellent.
