The Light - an option for a biz trip
Posted Sep. 28, 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is satisfactory, and the breakfast is quite good with a wide variety of options. However, the in-room amenities leave much to be desired. The slippers are of poor quality, and there are no pajamas provided. Additionally, the selection of complimentary drinks is limited. The staff's English proficiency is lacking, and their service lacks a warm touch. If it weren't for the breakfast, I would choose Sunway instead.

Rooms are cery clean and complimentary snacks available. Never had chance to go for breakfast and dinner. In room dining menu can be improved. Centralized ac is on of the concern in terms of becoming very cool, i dont feel they had ac control remote. I every time on and off manually at wall switch this can be improved.

The hotel employees some of them is amazing. Some employees doesn’t know what the rule and no idea what customers want. You pay for the full amount from Expedia but if there are any issue at the room and no alternative available, that mean you are stuck paying the higher rate and no compensation from hotel

I like the gym the most, the equipment is fantastic for hotel gym!
