Absolutely beautiful and charming Mediterranean style hotel with a stunning view of Lake Jackson and the most gorgeous flower gardens we have ever seen! There is also an excellent and elegant restaurant right onsite with delicious food and A-1 service. We have felt so fortunate to have found this place. Our only regret is that we could only stay one night. We will definitely be coming back now that we’ve found this gem!

This was my second stay this year, and it was just as lovely as my first visit. Note that the restaurant inside the hotel is closed on Sunday and Monday. The food is very good but pricey if you are on a budget. Breakfast is only available by request, and there are two choices: a breakfast sandwich or yogurt with fruit, which is brought to your room at your designated time in the morning. I wish all the rooms overlooking the lake behind the hotel had balconies because it has a beautiful view, especially at sunrise when you could sit, eat breakfast, and watch it from your room rather than the pool patio. The hotel does have rooms with balconies for a premium, but they are limited and were sold out both times I was there.

We had a great stay. They suggested that we change to a room inside the main hotel, instead of an exterior entrance room that faces the highway, which was what was on Expedia, The room was quiet, beds are very comfortable, staff is excellent. A simple breakfast is brought to your room every morning (you select from a couple of choices) and fill out a menu (food, drink, time of delivery). The hotel is beautifully decorated for Christmas. We will definitely come back again.

Always nice to stay here. Beds are very comfortable and employees are very nice. Wish they offered a couple bottles of water in the room. Miss the good breakfast they use to have. But, the alternative isn't bad. :)

Charming and unique. We had a really nice time with a view of the sunrise. We ate in their dining room. Everything was delicious, for me, the seasoning was a little light, but after a little salt and pepper it was better. I wish the pool had been heated but we will be back when we are in the area.
