Lovely sea views. Breakfast good. Considering cost paid this guest house offered less value for money than any other we stayed in, with lower standard and availability of finish, furnishings, maintenance and personal care items. We stayed in 5* accommodation 25 kn away for significantly less cost. Sorry to be less than totally positive.

Great location with a fabulous view of the sea!
Our host was so accomodating and kind. We felt very well looked after! Breakfast was delicious. We did not have a room facing the sea as one was not available when we booked. Definetely worth having this view from your room!

Excellent B & B, Beautiful location
We arrived to a warm welcome from Karen and Jurgens and was shown where everything was, then taken to our room. Wow what a stunning view of the enormous beach. This was only a 5 minute walk to access. Our room was spacious, comfortable and had everything you needed, even down to filtered water and cookies/ rusks. We had a large balcony to sit on with sea and pool view, it was magnificent. We were served a hearty breakfast every morning, and plenty of suggestions of places to visit and eat. Although Sedgfield is a small town, it was a beautiful place with a community spirit.

Wir waren bei Karen und Jurgens 10 Tage und es war wundervoll. Ausgezeichnete und sehr gastfreundliche Eigentümer, die immer sehr hilfsbereit waren, auch bei Reservierungen von Lokalen. Ein super schönes und sehr großes Luxuszimmer, hervorragendes Frühstück und ein wunderschöner Blick aufs Meer mit Delphinen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, und vor allem super Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen nach Knysna, Wilderness, George und Tsitsikamma und zum Golfen. Genial immer wieder und nur zu Empfehlen!!!

GANZ TOLLES HAUS DIREKT AM MEER! 🌞
Wir hatten die suite gebucht..wunderschön und riesig mit tollem bad, kamin, terrasse, sehr bequemes bett.. Von überall im raum hatte man eine wirklich nicht zu toppende aussicht! Die besitzer waren supernett und hilfsbereit! Definitiv besser als jedes 5sterne hotel. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Empfehle ich uneingeschränkt weiter!

That ocean view!
This was an amazing experience! We got the room with the pool in front and the majestic ocean view, which gave us that giggly happy feeling you are basically always looking for when at hotels. The guest house is very neatly decorated with tasteful art and the owners are friendly and very generous and the area is safe and calm. It's a short drive to nearest town but if you are looking to get away and just relax, this is a perfect place to do it. Couldn't be happier! Dan and Ellinor
