Great stay!
This was a great place for our family of 4 to stay for our trip to Sedona. The neighborhood is right outside the town and is quiet. Nice location to reach some of the major hiking trails. We loved the rooftop seating area to view the stars at night.

The property, house, amenities, and the area where the property was located were everything we expected and much more. The lookout deck, located up a spiral stair on the house's roof, was amazing. I'm not an early riser, but every morning, I looked forward to grabbing a cup of coffee, going upstairs, and watching the sunrise turn the Sedona area landscape from the dull gray predawn colors to the vibrant reds you see in the pictures of the Sedona area. Shortly after dawn each morning, we'd watched the ballons, launched by the local area balloon companies, appear on either side of the Sedona Airport Mesa, located to the northwest of the house. The evenings we weren't busy, we'd either sit by the pool or sit on the rooftop overlook and watch the sunsets change the vibrant colors of the Sedona landscape back to their evening shades of gray. I gave this property a 5-star rating across the board, and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat if we ever elect to return to the Sedona area. If you're considering a trip to Sedona and staying in an area hotel, do yourself a favor and strongly consider renting this property. The private pool, the amenities provided, and not having to share the experience with strangers made it worth every penny.

Lovely Home and Location
This property was perfect for us: very cozy, clean, and well maintained. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed watching the sunset from the rooftop patio. The location was also very convenient while being just outside of the bustle in Sedona. We unfortunately had to move properties partway through our stay due to unexpected construction nearby. The property owner was very supportive and allowed us to make the change so as not to impact our vacation. We would absolutely stay here again if coming back to Sedona!

We absolutely loved staying at this home in Sedona! It's convenient to all of the local restaurants and shops, yet in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood so we could relax. The pool was wonderful, and the rooftop deck was perfect for sipping our morning coffee and stargazing at night. The house is well stocked, and had everything we needed. Thank you! We would definitely stay here again when back in Sedona!

AC worked great and there's a number of different seating areas outside and inside (seating on roof deck, bbq area, shaded area between house and pool, lots of seating around pool) walk to many trails like Cathedral Rock or to Chapel of Holy Cross. very short drive to others like Bell Rock. Wonderful getaway in Sedona!
This home was beautiful! The surrounding views, especially of the Cathedral mountains as the backdrop behind the gorgeous turquoise pool, were amazing. The sunsets (and stars when not a full moon!) from the rooftop deck were breathtaking. The location was perfect. Easy to find and very close to a trailhead for hiking, evening walks, and morning jogs. The VRBO was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with all the comforts of home. We would love to come back!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The location is superb with a great view of Cathedral Rock from the pool and rooftop patio. Sedona and this property were both amazing! The neighborhood was so quiet. While it wasn't walkable to shopping/dining, the drive was easy to uptown and west Sedona (grocery). We were able to walk to one of the trailheads and could have used the Shuttle from there. Being able to use the garage door opener and park in the garage made it easy to keep everything locked and secure. We happened to be there for the eclipse, so the rooftop deck was a spectacular place to watch it and the stars every night. It was late in the season for the solar heating, but I used the pool anyway because it was so beautiful. The landscaping was immaculate and the interior decor was tasteful. Just about everything we needed was there. All cooking utensils and dishes were easily located for making meals. I can only speak to the master bedroom mattress, which was firm and comfortable. The sheets were smooth as silk. Only issue was that the third bedroom with the twin beds didn't cool off like the rest of the house. Would have been nice to have a box fan for each room to help move the air in from the hall AND/or to cover the noise of the javelinas at night (yes they are real). We had one in the master and I didn't hear anything. We didn't want to leave.
