Walking in to check-in, we were greeted and ask promptly our dog’s name. Told other employees “this is Chip” check in was fast, easy and efficient. Gave us an awesome room with a balcony and a view. Love how the property had a big dog exercise/relief area. The breakfast was big and good- greeted by an older gentleman, who made things even better. Did I mention that the staff took the time and wrote Chip’s name on a board right outside the lobby doors ?

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel Wass so convenient to the shopping and dining areas. We would come again. The only unexpected, though it could have been explained ahead of time, was that there was not a bathroom per se, rather a lavatory/vanity in the room itself. No biggie. We worked it out. This was a high end Best Western hotel located in a tourist area with plenty of high-end shops and restaurants located within easy walking distance. The swimming pool was nice - I was the only one swimming in it. There were many bronze sculptures on the property. The view out our second-floor window was spectacular. We had a balcony with chairs and a small table. The staff was very helpful. We had to pay for parking, but it was close to the room. The only thing that was annoying was the toilet flushing mechanism... it was VERY loud - like you would find in an airport or similar location.

Couples weekend in Sedona
Nice accommodation, we stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. We were 2 couples one celebrating their 39th wedding anniversary, so they stayed in the ensuite master bedroom, but the other ensuite bedroom was quite adequate. The kitchen was well equiped, we didn't do any cooking but used the dish washer which worked fine, we didn't use the washing machine. We had an issue with the jacuzzi bath in the master bedroom not being clean, we cleaned it ourselves, but complained about it & got the car parking charges ($15 per day per car) removed from our final bill, which was a nice rsponse from the hotel.

Carpets are very dirty. Take a shower and then get out your feet are filthy. Bed sheets were ripped. Other than that staff are polite and courteous.
