This ranch-style home boasts 1,725 square feet of comfortable living space with vaulted tongue and groove ceilings, warm wood flooring, and floor-to-ceiling picture windows that enhance the red rock views. The great room is bright and inviting with a large comfy sofa for cozy morning coffee views, a flat-screen TV for movie nights, and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen and dining room for leisurely vacation meals around the table. With this open floor plan, your friends and family can enjoy time together relaxing, cooking, and planning your hikes.

After your Sedona sojourns into Red Rock country, you can relax in the air-conditioning or step outside and continue to revel in the views with a glass of wine on the front deck as you watch the sunset behind the Red Rocks.

This home was a little more dated than the listing made it appear. The beds were so-so. That being said, we had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and ready to go. We stayed 5 nights and had awesome weather. From this house, it's about two blocks to the Mystic Trailhead, and just short walk toChapel of the Holy Cross. Super location. Very quiet. With great weather we hiked every day. We will definitely look to stay here on our next visit to Sedona.

Excellent location on the south side of Sedona, easy walking distance to Cathedral Rock trailhead and Chapel of the Holy Cross. Some issues with appliances - dishwasher worked for first couple of days then would not start cleaning cycle, washing machine had similar issues but manager says it will be replaced soon.

This place was great, exactly what we were looking for. The location was excellent, away from the traffic and congestion of uptown. I brought my 5 month old. I wouldn’t consider this spot kid friendly since there’s glass tables and lots of steps, but luckily my baby wasn’t mobile yet.

The house was a good location and looked exactly as it did in the pictures! We loved the view and all the windows in the house that allowed us to see the beautiful landscape! The washing machine was broken and couldn’t be fixed during our stay which was a small disappointment. Otherwise, everything was great!

They thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sedona at the house on Susan Way. The moment we walked in the house we felt right at home. The views at the living room window were stunning and the neighborhood was very peaceful. The location of the house was near every activity that we participated in. Plus the restaurants in the area were outstanding. Highly recommend staying at this home and we would definitely stay there again

Sedona anniversary trip
When we first arrived late on Saturday our entry code did not work. The call number answered quickly and gave us a new code that we were able to use for the week with no problems. This house is in a quiet location just outside of uptown Sedona. You can get a view from any window of the house. There are many things inside the house that gave me anxiety thinking about bringing small children. Glass tables, statues, and vases on the fire place. The house is large enough for two couple and even some children. The Internet was spotty most of the week which makes it difficult to stream TV service but the nights are so beautiful you can sit on the deck and not worry about the TV. We were able to watch the Javelina's walk around the house at night a few times. Beautiful hikes right from the house or short drives. We would definitely stay here again. There is no grill at the property which would have been nice but we did well without.

I would highly recommend staying at this house if you are planning a trip to Sedona. The location is great, the home was spacious and spotless, and the wildlife was abundant (if you like cute critters roaming around)! Quiet street, low traffic, and within walking distance to Chapel of the Holy Cross, which is a must see. Loved our stay and plan to come back.

A Sedona Gem in a Great Neighborhood
Property was clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed the deck and the view, which is incredible for Sedona. Walking the neighborhood is really beautiful and this location has great access to hikes and the Village of Oak Creek. Rare to get a unit in this neighborhood. We have been coming to Sedona for years and really enjoyed seeing the town from this vantage point.

Perfect Sedona Retreat
Booked this house to have a getaway with my father. Perfect location right down the road from Chapel of the Holy cross and amazing hiking trails to catch the sunset. Nice location outside of heart of Sedona allows you to avoid the weekend traffic jams in the rotaries if you want. The house is spacious with gorgeous views of Cathedral Rock from the deck. The listing says the house has AC, but we didn't see a way to turn it on or any AC vents or units, but it was cool enough with the ceiling fans. We didn't reach out to property management about this. If it isn't AC'd it would be uncomfortably hot in summer months, but again this didn't affect our stay. Would absolutely book again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The location couldn't be better - being just outside of Sedona proper made it convenient for getting around yet enabled us to avoid much of the congestion of downtown. The home is located on a quiet street with sensational views of the red rocks from the outdoor deck. Interior of the home could use some updating but not enough to deter us from coming back. Comfortable bed in master (did not use other), sufficient supplies in kitchen, nice tv with streaming services, great views from main living area - everything we needed!

Great house - beware of property manager
The house was nice & the location was beautiful. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood, and I wouldn’t recommend bringing a dog that barks at all. There are local ordinances for noise, and a neighbor complained about our dog the first morning we got there. The pet fee is also not included on vrbo, so the property manager will charge an extra fee. The cleaning fee on VRBO is high, and you will most likely be charged for cleaning again after your stay. The property manager made unauthorized charges to my card after my stay with no explanation. I had to reach out to them about the charges, and they made false allegations against me. They claimed we damaged things & left the house filthy. If you book with them, be aware.
