The hotel is nice and new. But we stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned, nor was the garbage taken out or the towels changed. The kitchen equipment is missing some basics like a kettle.

Overall nice property. Scenic and convenient location. Didn’t have face cloths and towels in my room, so took a quite a while to get them. Sleeper sofa in our suite wasn’t comfortable, needs a better mattress. Free breakfast had very limited food options.

Nice hotel, the only downside is you have to pay to park your car and parking lot is not convenient. Also after hiking all day we didn’t have a goodnight sleep because next door dog was barking all night. Not sure I will stay again

room is spacious . appliances work . very clean . Location perfect for the hikes we intended . Lobby very clean , loved the gym - enough machines n dumbells to give tired body to stretch . Maybe add stretch bands . Front desk and breakfast personels has great people skills . Breakfast cook very nice. Will pick this hotel on our next visit - save us the same room 😁

We were in a room near the entrance on the side of the building. Everytime someone entered or exited the building the door slammed with a huge thud like a rifle shot. It literally woke us up half a dozen times during our brief stay and the folks at the front desk didn't care a bit about our concerns. Additionally they were doing work on the terraces on the second floor right above our room starting at 6:30 AM, sanding. It was loud and woke us up hours before we wanted and additionally there was debris all over the vehicles below (including ours). Lastly found cockroaches in our bathroom on a few occasions. Finally they had the nerve to charge $20 per day for parking which is outrageous for this glorified motel. Avoid this place like the plague

I loved the studio room. Great for 2 friends. Comfy beds and nice view out the window. Great breakfast in the morning. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi was divine!

Wonderful hotel! New, clean, and so many amenities. The complimentary Tesla chargers were a huge bonus. Free breakfast, tons of free parking, pool, fitness center, fire pit, pet friendly, and close to everything. Tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the main street in Sedona is less than a 10 min drive. Highly recommend!
