Our home is located in the Village of Oak Creek at the base of Wild Horse Mesa (Great hike) and is minutes driving from two golf courses, the TrailHead for Bell Rock (a network of walking, hiking and biking trails), and the TrailHead for Slim Shady (A network of hiking and biking trails) and 6 miles from Up Town and West Sedona.
Village of Oak Creek has numerous restaurants, coffee shops and bike shops and is at the South side of Sedona; it’s known for having close access to some of the most popular hiking and biking trails in the area like Hi Line, Templeton, Llama, Bell Rock Pathway and Rabbit Ear to name a few.

THE HOUSE features a spacious cooks kitchen and is fully equipped with all large and small appliances, two common living areas, a den and a living room with a 65” internet ready tv with Dish Satellite and access to popular streaming apps; both offer comfortable seating areas and we also provide a selection of puzzles you can do in your spare time.

Step into a backyard paradise meticulously designed for your enjoyment. Your private oasis boasts a saltwater plunge pool, 6 person hot tub. Bask in the desert sun or stargaze in the cozy evening.
Find tranquility in our Zen garden and unwind by the lily pond. Perfect for yoga, meditation, or simply relaxing in a peaceful environment.

There’s also a firepit stocked and ready for guests to enjoy, as well as a full outdoor cooking center featuring a gas bbq, Traeger smoker and wood fired grill.

The 5th bedroom of the house is a “Mother In Law” suite that is separate from the main house and offers guests a spacious layout with a full bathroom, kitchenette and 55 inch flat panel tv with Apple TV.

Guest pays: Nightly Rent + Departure Cleaning Fee $500 + $138 Damage Protection Fee + 6.5% Yavapai County (0.825%) and State of Arizona (5.5%) Sales and Use Tax. If/When approved a minimum $300 Pet Fee will apply.

Deposit: 40% due at booking - Balance Due 61 Days prior to arrival. Cancellations made over 31 days prior to stay: Full refund. Within 14 days of arrival: 50% refund (minus service fee). No refund after 14 days from arrival. All times based on property's local time. (Effective April 1, 2024)
