Rooms are clean and nice, bathroom is spacious, it comes with all amenities for traveling families, stoves, utensils, toaster... The coffee that comes with the room is tasty. Pools and spas are nice and heated, but they are outdoors, not ideal for winter. However, there are a few improvements needed.
- Sales pitch at check-in. Maybe it is the caveat of staying at one of these vacation club type. The lighting quick check-in was negated by the sales pitch by the concierge desk for a 90 mins presentation.
- Wifi is not working for Apple devices. Don't they know that 90% of traveling families would come with iPhone, iPad? I had to hike down to the front desk to be connected to a private wifi.
- Parking spots are tiny. Most vacationers these days drive large SUV, and if you park next to one, getting in w/o dinging your car or their car would be like playing American Ninjas.
