The stay was "as expected". I have stayed at the hotel annually for many years. It is a Spanish style hotel built many years ago and near the downtown area within walking distance. It is a beautiful property with vast gardens and nice, well mantained landscape. But, the resort hasn't been updated in years. While it has the ambiance of the "old world" and it relaxing, it is overpriced for the accommodations. They are under new ownership and they are planning to remodel the rooms in 2025. While you don't spend time in the room in Sedona, it is on the lower level of accommodations.

Although a bit dated, the hotel had a lot of charm. The spa was nice and the staff were very friendly. Location is great, being right next to the shopping center, Tlaquepaque. Also, walking distance to uptown Sedona.

A great place to stay in Sedona
Jed at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with and he went out of his way for us. We did appreciate that. The resort is very clean and well laid out, it had all the amenities we need. We will definitely be going back.

I loved the layout of the property. It was designed with a combination of tranquility and fun combined. The spa was fantastic as well as the pool, sauna and hot tub. The exercise room had a full gym and a nice yoga area. The bars and night life were adjacent to the property. I will be visiting again soon.

We had a second floor room with a balcony that looked out at the mountains. Discovered a wondreful park on the property that was extremely pea ceful place to walk or simply sit and be.
