Great property, perfect location in Sedona
The property is beautiful. It was spotlessly clean and perfectly appointed. The property appears exactly as it does in the photos. There really isn't anything we could criticize. With the expanding crowds in Sedona, it has become more and more difficult to get to trails without parking in crowded central lots and waiting for the shuttle service. Significant portions of Sedona close Thursday to Sunday for cars. Parking lots close and street parking is strictly prohibited. This property is easy walking distance from two trailheads (Soldier's Pass and Cline), From these trailheads, you can access more trails than you could hike in a week.

Enjoyable and Beautiful Condo
This condo was an absolute dream, and the hosts were wonderful. The condo was extramely clean and had everything we would ever need in there. I would most definitely stay there again if we are ever in the Sedona area.

Perfect Sedona location
Amazing location and fantastic place! The pictures do not do it justice. The place is very large and well laid out. It is private and has everything you could possibly need. The bathroom is spacious and the host thought of all sorts of little touches to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen is full size and well stocked, and there is a full size washer and dryer as well. The bed is extremely comfortable as well. This home is situated in a picturesque area near the Soldier’s Pass trail head, conveniently located close to both Uptown Sedona and West Sedona. You can enjoy the sunrise from the patio each morning. It is an easy walk to the trailhead. Maria is a lovely host. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Hidden Gem in Sedona
Our accommodations made the trip extra special. Maria was so nice and instantly available the entire process. The location is convenient and easy to find -we arrived after 11pm. Maria provided a great map and a little video to ensure the private parking was easy to find. Close to shopping, restaurants, activities, and step from several hiking trails and the fee trail shuffle if you want to go anywhere else. There's a rec center and parks within walking distance. At the same time, the apartment is very private and secluded in an upscale neighborhood. We enjoyed the private patio with amazing views every evening and morning. The contemporary decor felt inviting, comfortable, and very clean. -The bed was really comfortable-I'm pretty picky -I thought it felt much more spacious than the pics -washer and dryer works well -big shower was great -huge closet -outdoor grill-didn't use but it was clean -absolutely complete kitchen with nice amenities -nice welcome snacks-thank you - 2 ample designated parking -quite and peaceful -the unit has a dedicated ac and heating. Very comfortable I'll be scheduling my next trip around this unit's availability! -I can't recommend for small kiddos We can't wait to come back to Sedona! So much to do and explore. We are from Tucson but this is a very different and very beautiful area in Arizona (and cooler than most other places). -shopping/art galleries. -Lots of places to stroll -Train tour was so fun -Wineries! -Hiking -FOOD RELAXING!

Quiet and tucked away on the north side of Sedona
Great location and excellent, modern unit. Close to trails. Great hosts. Awesome view out the front door. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Great for two people. This was a great find for a place to stay.

Beautiful in-law, suite tucked into an amazing house, located centrally to some of the coolest hiking trails in Sedona. 1 mile from Whole Foods and about a five minute drive to the town center bed was super comfortable and the shower was great too. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need including extra water and snacks. Our house were extremely accommodating and friendly. We cannot recommend this hidden gem enough! if you haven’t been to Sedona, it is a must, and this house only makes the trip sweeter!

Beautiful quite location
Nice quiet location, both in and outside the unit. The place was spotless and very nicely done. There was both a coffee maker and a kcup machine which is great! A very large walk in closest with hangers. There were some goodies/snacks for us as we arrived. There is also a full size washer and dryer. Overall this place met all our needs and then some. Walking distance to the ever popular Soldiers Pass trailhead made it a breeze since we didn’t have to worry about parking. Maria was very kind and reached out both before and after our stay.

Loved it!
The guest suite was gorgeous and extremely clean! The bed was very comfortable. Nice views and private patio too! Everything was top notch. Perfect location…beautiful private property minutes to everything…restaurants, shops, Whole Foods without being right in the middle of the tourist hustle. Plus easy walking distance to some great hiking trails. Look forward to staying here again!

The accommodations were beautiful as advertised! Very private with separate entrance, and so quiet! Lots of natural light. Flooring and finishing work in the apartment was amazing. The builder went all out and spared nothing with the detailing in this one. Location was awesome! We would def stay again when we return if it’s available!

The property was in a great location for the hikes we wanted to do. It was clean and well stocked. My only issue which was a big one! It’s advertised as having AC and heat. I’ve never rented a property where I am not in control of the temperature I want it at. They are in control of the temperature settings. It has a panel but you can’t use it. I asked for AC to be turned on. I was told to open a window. Great way to get sick from a draft and we are on the ground floor, so I didn’t feel safe keeping a window open. Also the security lights kept coming on the one time I left the window and blinds open to get relief. We ended up asking them to keep the heat off after the mornings. After 5 days of sweating in bed I was done. AC/Heat should NOT be on the amenities

HOME A WAY FROM HOME
This property was PERFECT. Exceptionally Clean and Comfortable, Great location to trails and to town. The neighborhood is very safe and quite with wonderful views. The studio kitchen is set up perfectly. The shower was fabulous, plenty of water pressure and hot water. We are planning on returning next year. The perfect condo in the perfect location
This place is even better than the pictures. It’s immaculate and spacious. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood. The location is ideal if you like to hike. You can walk to multiple hikes which means you don’t have to leave very early in hopes of getting a trailhead parking spot. Also very close to many restaurants. We will stay here again.

Maria and her husband are wonderful host! This place is exactly how it looks in their listing. Actully it looks better in person! I felt safe!!! I was safe! The place was well stocked and the deco is not dated! No builders grade here!!! I love this place! I now love Sedona! I hope I can stay here each time I visit! It very private and close to everything! I highly recommend!

Wonderful stay.
The one bedroom was clean w very nice furnishings and it’s location was perfect. Close to hiking shopping & dinning yet away from noise and traffic. All the amenities were in perfect condition. We hiked 3 different mountains during our stay and did yoga on another. The hosts were friendly and helped w a few questions. They are on property but not intrusive at all. In fact we enjoyed meeting them. We will definitely be back.

Perfect home and location
My husband and I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this is potentially the best. The place is bigger than it appears in photos. It has a very comfortable bed, great shower with water pressure, huge closet, nice washer and dryer, and a great kitchen. The location is perfect. About a half mile to try Soldier’s Pass trailhead and Sugarloaf Loop Trail. It was nice to not have to wake up at the crack of dawn to get a parking spot. It’s also only a mile from the main road with a ton of restaurants and grocery stores available. Communication was easy with the host. We’ve been to Sedona before and I hope we get to stay here again in the future.

Great place and and great location.
It was close enough to everything you might want to do in Sedona, without being in the middle of the high traffic area. Also, a short walk to a popular trail head Soldier's Pass. Spacious, clean and quiet. Owner's responded quickly when we had WiFi issues, which were resolved. Highly recommended.
