Updated - Casita Tranquila in popular West Sedona

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet close to many restaurants, grocery stores, trail heads and bike/jeep rental locations. Very comfortable guest quarters in which to unwind after your day's activities. Full size refrigerator with cooking facilities so you can prepare your own food if you'd rather not eat out. Kitchen is equipped with basic dishes and cooking utensils. Several eateries are within a 5 minute walk. Multiple restaurants and 4 grocery stores within a 5 minute drive.

Your private entry is glass French doors at the end of the driveway. Entry door will have your private code so you won't have to keep track of keys.

Front patio area is available so you can enjoy hummingbird visitors and the gorgeous Sedona stars and sky.

Cleaning is done using Norwex products - which are infused with silver - so surfaces are disinfected while they are cleaned. No chemical products are used. The mat inside the door catches toxins carried from outside. Air is filtered by Aerus Air Purifier which uses NASA Technology for eliminating toxins.

Was an overall wonderful experience for our first time to AZ. I may not have read into the details as much but was not expecting the owner to be attached living next door to the rental. Was not disruptive or anything just unexpected. Quiet neighborhood and very easy to access a lot of the sights

Cozy casita in a convenient location!
We loved our stay at Leslie's casita and it was exactly what we were looking for. The location is great- it is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to a lot of trailheads, restuarants and grocery stores The casita had everything we meeded during our stay and it was very easy to cook or eat in. We will definitely stay here again!

Property is close to everything you'd want to do! Hiking trails, wonderful restaurants and shopping. It is a great location! Leslie is a great hostess. The place was clean with the amenities needed. She had decorated for my birthday celebration, in which was so special.

Leslie was incredible. My wife and I both felt like we were just back “home” for the weekend. Clean, cute, cozy. Leslie is a drug dealer with that welcome home fudge from town though. My goodness! When we come back her place is first on our list.

Perfect location in West Sedona
This was the perfect place to stay- beautiful location, close distance to trailheads and restaurants. Leslie was a wonderful host- very sweet and provided everything we needed, right down to giving us a car scraper when we got an unexpected snow storm! The apartment was very clean and the perfect size for us. Would highly recommend staying here!

Pleasant home base for exploring a beautiful place
Nice, clean, up to date suite. Easy to find. Easy to park (and both of those are valuable in this community). King bed-also hard to find. Handy to grocery and a couple of good restaurants. Don’t expect a view from this property, but if you’ll be out and about on your Sedona days-this is a good spot to be.

Sedona Retreat
Leslie made my stay in Sedona a pleasurable one. Her place was in an easily accessible location on the West side and I was just minutes away from the venue I attended for the weekend. The place is as described and shown in the pictures. Leslie provided & had all items I needed and was very helpful with suggestions on local places to see and restaurants that might be a good fit. Comfortable bed, spacious Room, easy access and Leslie was available if I needed anything. I would recommend her place to anyone wanting a good place to stay in Sedona.

Fantastic
What an awesome hostess—-greetings with a hug— we felt like we knew each other for ever—constantly in touch with each other as we were delayed by a winter storm -reworked with her schedule to get our full booking of three nights. We so appreciates our cassidy!!! Everything we needed for our stay was there for us, SO VERY COMFORTABLE!! Thank you Leslie!!!
