~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.

Great location - funky house
Big house, easily accommodated four adults. Great location with easy access to downtown Sedona, hiking trails, and shopping. The house is a bit funky and could use some redesign and updating, especially the master bathroom. Some amenities were needed, including a place to hang bathroom towels, bathroom rugs needed, no tissues, and an adequate supply of dishwashing soap and trash bags. A new set of bathroom towels is needed; the towels were old and stained. The management company was very responsive to all our needs and delivered the needed items promptly.

Family Stay
Location and neighborhood was excellent. House floor plan was odd. We had issues with spiders. Water temperature in one of the showers will change temperatures. The master shower door was half way and water will go out to the rest of the restroom. No garbage bags and we had to buy batteries for the fans in the master bedroom. Overall it fit our family.

We needed room to spread out as a family with teenagers and this house was great! The house was charming, centrally located, clean and so spacious. We will be back! It’s in the center of all of the action!

Quirky large house in a great spot
This house was in a great spot in west Sedona for us to explore the city and trails. However, the vrbo listing did say “garage” as an amenity. The garage is not available, it is locked and no access is allowed. We really enjoyed hiking and biking up to Posse Grounds park and Soldier Pass trail from the house. The road nearby is kinda busy but you don’t hear much. The house has a number of items that should probably be fixed like the VERY squeaky pocket doors and the shades in the dining/living room that don’t work anymore (one is zip-tied closed). Nothing that would ruin your stay at all.

Wall is not completely finished between guest bathroom and master suite so no privacy for people using that bathroom. Pocket door to guest room very squeaky and woke up everyone in house. Great neighborhood. Good location to Sedona Shuttle for hikers and close to several trailheads.

Lovely home
It was a great location! It was a huge home. With a 17 and 18 year old, it gave everyone their own space for down time. The fireplaces were a highlight! Loved walking up to the park and see the views. Spacious and easy to navigate kitchen. We would stay there again.

Nice TVs, efficient heat, comfortable furniture; light, nice yard with seating, 2living/dining rooms, great washer/dryer. But: On through-street w/ traffic and construction; 3 blocks from highway; carpets in 2 bedrooms smell like old dog; noisy furnace by bath; visible furnace exhaust stinks up yard; recurrent mold in garbage disposal; sickly smell in bathroom; “new furnishings” include ripped up leather divan and unwashable throw pillows that smell like sweat; grimy cubby on ground for turning on hot bathwater; no USPS service. 3 unannounced visits from maintenance. Management wrote me that I was NOT smelling fumes (actually the flues had not been opened) and then later said she had no responsibility for the flues. She said the house was on a residential street but half of it abuts a busy through-street. She responded to my query about the 3 water filters in the kitchen— from which I had drunk and served my 82 year old mom for 3 weeks— by removing 2 of them (one was so full of sediment the handyman said they would throw it out rather than pay to replace the parts), updating one of them, and leaving one as it was without telling me it hadn’t been updated. And then writing to me that all 4 had been updated within 60 days of my arrival and that sensitive people [like us] should buy bottled water if we didn’t like their “filtered” water. She then told me that filtered water wasn’t a listed amenity as if that would justify the neglect. No refund or apology given. Beware.

Spiritual Retreat
The property was beautiful. We loved the Buddha on top of the rock waterfall that could be seen in the main living room. The house was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Smoke alarm started chirping the first night. I removed the battery, and purchased a new one the next say. And reinstalled the sample alarm. That solved the issue. We had a wonderful time and the location was perfect for our needs. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

We enjoyed the large, clean space and the fabulous location! Very convenient to shopping and hiking trails. The kitchen could use some basic items (cheese grater, strainer, Tupperware, dish towels,etc.) and a recycling bin/instructions would be appreciated. Overall, the location makes this an outstanding stay.

The house is very beautiful and large. Needs a light in bedroom with 2 twin beds so elderly person can turn off the light at the door and then see to get into bed. TV didn't have dish or cable - was frustrating to use. Not handicapped accessible as has stairs to all bathrooms. Lots of nice appliances in kitchen.

Great space in the perfect Sedona location
This house is great for a small group, with several common areas both indoor and outdoor. The location is quiet, picturesque and there are walking paths to enjoy the landscape. Would highly recommend this property.
