We stayed 9 days, enjoyed our room and facilities. The dog friendliness was most important, at the same time we appreciated the comfortableness of our stay. Very convenient to see the area and shopping.

Very lovely views. Front desk employees were informative and helpful. Our room was large and had a balcony. The rooms are dated and the carpet had bad stains. But honestly everything else in the room was very nice. These rooms are scheduled for remodeling. We got an excellent rate, I’m sure that will change after the remodel. You should definitely eat breakfast at their restaurant. The food ans service was the best we had on this trip!

Overall room was clean and accommodations in the lobby were very nice. Dinner From Willows was very good and staff was very accommodating with our dog. They allowed us to sit inside to eat in the lobby with our dog since it was very cold outside for dinner. Very nice large green area to walk our dog as well. Room accommodations could be a little bit better. Room was very dark even with all the lights on and the blinds open during the day, it was still very dim. Wi-Fi and Internet connections could be a lot better. Was not able to receive a signal in my room at all. Only way I could make a phone call or receive one was to go outside of our room and even with the Wi-Fi turned on, text messaging was very delayed. Would’ve loved to be able to log in to my Netflix or Hulu account on the TV as well. Was not an option.

This not the same as it was in the 90’s but is still a nice place to stay for the money. Our basic king room was very roomy! Everything worked well and was quite comfortable. The best part was the stargazing event last night. It was spectacular!! The grounds our beautiful and the the surrounding scenery is Sedona at its best.

I stayed here for a week. Beautiful grounds, excellent restaurant and staff! I used the spa and had excellent service. Shout out to Karen in the spa who went above and beyond. No matter who your server was at any meal they were absolutely wonderful! It’s an older property and the walls are thin so if the people next to you are noisy it is rather difficult to fall asleep. Property is quiet and the Verde shuttles run from there every hour saving you the stress of finding parking! I had a standard king room. For all the reviews that said no view that’s simply not true. I had a big window which looked out over the beautiful grounds and to my left the beautiful red rock!
