Great location
Overall we enjoyed the flat. Loved the location, hot tub and views. After a long day of hiking, it was amazing to get into the hot tub and relax. We had some chilly nights and the heat didn’t work. We tried calling but because it is a rental agency it was hard to get through. We didn’t mind that there wasn’t a kitchen, but we like to have coffee and breakfast at home and there were no mugs and dishes. It’s all about the location for this place. Hiking right outside the door.

So lovely and perfect
This was the perfect place for a getaway to spend time in nature and to enjoy everything that Sedona has to offer. We appreciated all of the little touches in the room, the hot tub was extremely well cared for and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. We found the bed mattress to be uncharacteristically comfortable for a vacation bed. We really appreciate it how tidy the yard was because it really made the time you feel very special. While we arrived with our own coffee mugs, it was really nice that there was bottled water and paper take out mugs ready for us as well. I think our favorite day was the day that we hiked directly from the property. It was nice to be away from the crowds and to not have to find parking or connect with the shuttles.

Amazing Property
This property is like it's own little sanctuary. The grounds are done so nicely, the views are amazing and the hot tub was such a nice amenity. This place really exceeded our expectations! Such a great location close to down town Sedona about a 8 minute drive!! Only downfall was there were no robes, would have been nice to have when getting out of the hot tub. And the wifi did not work for us but really still giving a 5 star review!!

Amazing Place with Amazinf View
The property is tucked away from the main area of Sedona and has a beautiful view of the red rocks around it. Only downside was the TV didnt have streaming capabilities, so we couldnt watch what we're used to. But that wasnt a problem. There was so much to enjoy, we didnt need to spend time watching TV

Small issues need fixing
The front door lock broke but the manager had an alternative available for me in a timely way. The shower has some possible mold in the grout along the floor/wall seam (approx. 2’ long). Made it known to the manager who is attempting to resolve but wasn’t resolved during my stay. The toilet water has some black debris that accumulates over night (is it well water?). It dissipates overnight but persists each morning. I thought it was a toilet ring when I first arrived but I would clean it and it would appear each morning - it’s clearly in the water source. These are issues that can be easily rectified however they do need to be fixed. I would love to rent this place again and so would my other family members because it is extremely close to my father’s home (5 min walk).

Amazing views and easy access to everything.
Overall rating 4.5⭐️ I would’ve given it 5 stars if they had provided an iron. It’s a cheap expense that’s needed for out of state travelers. That a side, The property was amazing, gorgeous views, the cleanliness was sufficient. It was close to all the major trail heads and Sedona night life. I would definitely stay again, but I’ll remember to take a travel iron/ steamer with me next time.

Sedona Getaway
Coffee Pot Place is awesome! It is the smaller of the two listed at the same property, this one is a studio apartment sans full kitchen. If you are okay without being to cook there it's a perfect place to stay. Clean, spacious, comfortable. The backyard and hot tub were incredible, spent most of our time outside. Property owners were nice and attentive!

Lovely setting with postcard views. The space was cozy and provided all I needed. It is not a space to prepare meals (didn't need that), but rather a retreat to enjoy the view and curl up and relax after a long day.

Perfect Location for Hikers
We really enjoyed our stay at Coffee Pot Place! If you are going to Sedona to hike, Coffee Pot Place is the perfect location. You are so close to several trailheads, and parking is very limited at the trailheads, so it's great to be within walking distance. Plus, the super clean whirlpool is a godsend for your aching muscles after a long day of hiking! Please just be careful when booking, because the listing is showing photos of BOTH Coffee Pot Place and Soldiers Pass Place. We actually thought we were renting Soldiers Pass Place. We didn't understand that both rentals were being shown, and when I contacted Vacasa after our booking, which manages the property, they were still not providing clear information regarding which property we were renting. Coffee Pot Place is a studio, whereas Soldiers Pass Place is a one bedroom. It worked out just fine to rent Coffee Pot Place, so we were not upset in the least. It's just a confusing listing. Also, if you are new to Sedona and looking for great restaurants, try Elote Cafe (our favorite) and Mariposa, which is super close to the rental. Thank you for a wonderful vacation, Claudia!

okay stay, room for improvement
Really liked the location, very convenient. Beautiful property/grounds, the hot tub was a great plus! Felt very safe with the gated entrance, the gate opener made it extremely convenient! Property manager responsive via text, brought over coffee cups when I asked because they weren’t replaced after last guest (disposable paper). Bottled water provided was appreciated! Now the downsides: You’ll need a flashlight or your phone light to get in if it’s after dusk. It gets dark quick and there is very little lighting around the back of the property making it difficult to get the key from the lock box when you can’t see and need two hands to open it. I also fell off one of the many tiered ledges in the garden area, I thought there was a step to the hot tub and there wasn’t and down I went twisting my ankle. My fault for not using a flashlight but some motion lights in the back like around driveway would solve those issues. Definitely room for improvement with cleanliness- hair,debris/sand in the sheets which were stained, an inch of thick dust under bed. Both of our allergies were awful. Stained mattress. There was also no hand soap for the bathroom, just a small bottle of dish soap but there were no dishes to use? We ended up going to the grocery (very close by) and buying some hand soap. Mattress really needs replaced, it was badly stained and had sunken areas on each side with a hump in the middle. Fixable problems!

Peaceful Red Rock Retreat
We stayed 7 nights at Coffee Pot place. The backyard is beautiful and private. There is another unit in the house which was occupied but we rarely saw the other occupants. We were able to use the balcony and the views from the upper level are great. The hot tub is relaxing in the evening after hikes. The home is conveniently located. We were able to drive downtown and to most hiking trails within15 minutes. Grocery stores and restaurants are even closer. The home is on a cul-de-sac in a neighborhood of beautiful homes. There is a trail at the end of the street. The bed is comfortable. The Vacasa staff were prompt in answering questions and resolving a small issue. I would recommend that when guests stay an entire week that the unit is stocked with 2 towel sets per person and 2 bars of soap. The Sedona area provides amazing scenery with endless outdoor activities.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Coffee Pot Place. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The grounds were beautiful, with little walking paths. Super easy in/out process and location is in walking distance of multiple trailheads for some of the best hiking Sedona can offer. Also just a short distance off 89A so restaurant’s are minutes away. Hot tub at the end of a day of hiking a bonus. Great place and I highly recommend.

Anniversary Trip
My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Coffee Pot Place. We were able to walk to some nearby trails and take short drives to others. The place was perfect for two people. Bed was comfortable. We used the hot tub and the roof top dining area for some fabulous sunsets/sunrises. The grounds are beautiful. There is a Whole Foods grocery right down the road along with several great nearby restaurants. Recommend Coffee Pot Restaurant, Pisa Lisa and Golden Goose. The description of the place was correct. We never used the TV. Only suggestion would be some hooks or more towel bars, We couldn't get the clicker to work to open the gate but it was no problem putting in the code. We stayed a week 05/06/22-05/13/22 and enjoyed it.

Quiet & Peaceful Property
I did a solo road trip from Jacksonville to Sedona and stayed at this property for a few days. The accommodations were comfortable, peaceful, and quiet. The hiking trails right down the road we’re a huge bonus and you’re only 5-10 minutes away from the shops. The only negative was the AC/Heating unit didn’t feel like the room ever got up to the proper temperature. A cold front came through during my stay and I struggled to stay warm, even with the heat cranked up. If you’re staying in winter then definitely bring an electric blanket! Other than that it was very pleasant, I would love to check out this property again in the summer!

Very disappointing experience
When we booked this property it was described as private (the owner sometimes is here but the areas are very separate). We picked it because of the private hot tub and seclusion. I even messaged and emailed Vacasa after booking to confirm this hot tub was private. Upon arrival, we noticed there was another unit right next to ours sharing all of the outside amenities. They would have to walk by our unit to get to theirs and the hot tub was right in front of our window eliminating any privacy. I called VRBO in the morning who spoke to Vacasa and told them this was not true and the unit was private. I called Vacasa myself and messaged and emailed them. I received a different response from each avenue. I called VRBO again and spoke to a nasty very unhelpful agent named "Alex", I called back three more times until I got someone willing to help me. They got through to management at Vacasa who called me later in the day to apologize. Tyler told me the owner had added the new unit after I booked and Vacasa was supposed to contact me to notify me and it had fallen through the cracks. I spent hours on the phone about this issue and could not enjoy the private vacation I booked. I have never had such a terrible experience with VRBO. When the other renters checked in they stomped all over outside making tons of noise then tried to break into our unit. When we confronted them they stated they were just confused to where their unit was and how to get inside. I guess I believe them but it was not a relaxing experience. The unit itself had a few issues, the door needs replacesd as the area in front of the door leaked when it rained and soaked my shoes. As other reviewers said the coffee maker was dirty and did not look clean. The mini split was very inefficient and we were freezing when in the room. I found a few candy wrappers on the floor, spilled soap in a drawer in the bathroom, and the bed pillows were very old and flat. Sedona was beautiful but this rental left a lot to be desired because of my poor experience.

Perfect for hiking
My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. We usually stay uptown so this was a cool change! It’s about half a mile from the Soldier Pass trailhead! It’s also near a mountain bike park! The property was clean, cute, and as advertised and the hot tub was perfect! We also enjoyed sunsets and a few meals on the upstairs patio. The only issue we had was that the lights in the backyard were bright and the window shades were thin so it was brighter than expected at night but this was easily solved with an eye mask. We would definitely rent Coffee Pot Place again!
