3 of us stayed in a 1 bedroom unit while we enjoyed three days twi nights hiking around Sedona. We will stay here again. It’s away from the traffic, yet close to everything we wanted to do. There was a water feature right next to us that was lovely night and day. Comfortable and easy to navigate property.

The property was nice and quiet. The hot tub was great. However, the 2 bedroom bungalow that sleeps 6 is actually 2 separate structures. We had our three children with. This was not what we were expecting and I was not told this at check in. I had to go back to the front desk to get the explanation. The beds could use an upgrade and a couple extra pillows would be helpful. The staff that I encountered were all friendly. The signage coming into the property could be better.

The property was just outside busy downtown Sedona. It was a short drive to excellent hiking. The units were clean and well furnished for cooking meals. We played mini golf but did not use the nice pool or hot tubes. All were in good condition.

The adults-only lagoon (a massive non-circular hot tub) is so elegant, unique and relaxing! It's literally a small pool, but hot as a hot tub should be. While this was certainly the highlight of our stay, everything else was great as well, from all the amenities, such as a full-size coffee pot and coffee, to the full stocked kitchen, the comfy bed and pillows, great little living room area, DVD player and so much more.

This property had so many nice amenities (mini-golf, swimming, corn hole, ping-pong, and a restaurant and we did it all! Bob is a very nice activities director along with all the other very nice staff. The only problem we had the whole week was cold food at the restaurant. Everything else was wonderful!

We had a family vacation with my wife and I and in-laws. The pictures were very misleading. The place is a lot smaller. When they say sleeps 4, in reality it’s like 2 maybe 3 total. The cabin/room was clean. The bathroom is tiny and the toilet location is annoying, it’s literally as soon as you walk in almost in the way of entering the bathroom. Our cabin was next to the maintenance cabin and they started to work and make a lot of noise doing it at 6 am. Mind you I get that work needs to get done but if you are in hospitality, I would think 8 is more reasonable for guests. Also, they hype up their Italian restaurant which is very high priced and offer you money off in the beginning if you are willing to watch an hour and a half presentation on their other resorts and I’m guessing some type of membership. We passed on it and ate at other amazing places throughout Sedona.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sedona Pines. It was quiet, great parking, the accommodations were clean, had EVERYTHING we needed (coffee pot, fridge, microwave, ALL the kitchen amenities), bed/pillows comfy, loved having the washer & dryer. Loved Bella Vita Restaurant. We would come back again in the future and recommend this resort!

Quick overnight stay to celebrate a delayed Valentine’s Day! We did not take advantage of any of the activities or property amenities as we were only there a short time. These are basically single modular homes. Our “condo” was clean; although it was missing shower curtain upon arrival. We received one from housekeeping quickly upon request. Our only other issue was that our door did not auto-lock upon leaving so we had to contact security when we returned from dinner in order to access our room. I do wish the beds were more comfy and the room stayed darker in the morning, but otherwise everything was good and the “condo” was stocked with anything needed for showering or coffee, and basic needs for meals & cocktails (4 stars for the corkscrew and wine glasses!) . It’s a bit out of town, so making a left turn onto the main road in the pitch black is a little scary if you are anxious about driving. I think it would be a great place to stay for a family vacation or if you were only going out during the day!

Our stay at Sedona Pines was very good! The little cottages are perfect for small families.The amenities on the property were great for us, the kids loved the heated pool, playground, and mini golf. There was a great Italian restaurant on the premises with live music. We slept 4, 2 in the master bedroom and 2 on pull out sofa. I would have given them a 5 star rating if the beds were more comfortable. The wifi was also not working for us. Other than that, the stay was very good and we would stay there again.The resort is close enough to all the Sedona attractions that a short scenic drive will get you to most of the shops and state parks quickly. The staff was friendly upon arrival as well.
