Excellent stay! Neat, clean, felt like a new hotel. Indoor pool was heated, a good size, and A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Varied and tasty options for breakfast. Would give this hotel an A.

The staff except for our checkin lady was so nice. The overnight agent didn’t seem particularly interested that we were delayed 4 hours and did not like we interrupted her conversation with a firefighter. But the breakfast area and Rosalva made up for her dismissal of us. It was clean tasty and Rosalva was so nice. The front desk during the day were excellent and the cleaning people did a great job.

i liked nothing. location was convienient to RI. The bed and pillows very uncomfortable. the AC was noisy as heck. Really really loud. if your a lite sleeper your screwed. Also i had to fix the auto blinds myself. when we arrived at the room the blinds were pulled all the way out and laying on the floor. i had to fix the rollers myself so i could close the blinds for privacy.
