Equipped with 1- Full and 1- 1/2 Bath, this Vacation Home is just minutes to the Beach, Restaurants and Ocean City Md. BRING and or Rent your Boat, jet skis, paddle boards, Kayaks and tie them up right behind the house where you can just hop on and venture out to the open Bay for awesome fun; crabbing, fishing, Restaurant hopping (in De. and O.C. Md.) or just relaxing. You can venture by Watercraft to Ocean City Md. to places like Assateague Island, Seacrets, MR Ducks, Fish Tails, Harbor Side and many other Restaurants. ,Having access to the Bay gives you that Additional back yard area to play and explore! Bed linens, fitted sheets n cover sheets, pillow cases, pillows, bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes are all provided with booking...Guests are to bring their blankets, beach towels and all personals. We also provide roll of paper towel , toilet paper, dish detergent, dish sponge, laundry pod and a trash bag to get you started.

FAMILY TIME

We had such a wonderful time with family and teaching the kids how to catch crabs and fish right outside the house. The location is ideal close to everything and wlaking distance to the club house, pool, and playground. Property is very clean and the people are so friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer

The home is welcoming and cozy. Great backyard area and community center. We would book again! I had to call Ralph to figure out how to get the gas stove turned on but he answered quickly and was very helpful. A couple things missing from the description were paper towels and dish soap.

Love it the place…!!!

The house is well located, very close to the beach and the shopping centers, it also has a nice playground and the pool. My family and I had a great time, my daughter and my nephews had a great time, Ralph always very communicative in case we have a question, he is willing to help you, my family and I are very grateful to Ralph, he has a cozy house and has everything you need, first God let's come back next summer.…!! Nice but needs some updating

It was a very nice area. We usually camp at Treasure Beach so we are familiar with the area. The accommodations were comfortable. It definitely needs updating. No dishwasher, no hair dryer, no iron. They would have been nice to have. All in all, we would recommend, but don’t expect bougie. The price was right.

We enjoyed our stay on the canal. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The trailer had everything we needed to be comfortable as we spent our days on the beach. Thank you Ralph for sharing your place with us and being available if there were any questions.

Listing is inaccurate, mattresses are horrible and place is old and in need of repair

First there is no internet which I find so ridiculous for the price we paid that we had to use our hotspots which aren’t great in that area. The listing states that there is a queen and twin bunk in one of the bedrooms which we made our decision based on this information. The back room actually has double bunk beds. My kids are 6’2 and 6’3 and they were not able to use those beds. I gave one the queen bedroom and the other took the couch. I was in the double room. One bed is like a slab of concrete and the other has springs sticking up from it. The bathroom has black mold on the ceiling and there are parts of the walls that are peeling and look to almost be falling off in the living room. The stove only lights up with a tiny flame so it was hard to cook. The pool closes at 7pm. The place was very clean which was a plus. The morning of checkout the cleaning people were outside waiting for us to leave 40 mins before checkout so that was annoying. We won’t rent this place again.

Great location to the beach and activities

The property is a great location . The cleanest place I have ever stayed at the beach . If you are looking for luxury this is not the place , but definitely has a full stocked kitchen , towels and very clean . Because of the sun hitting the windows suggest fans or an Ac in the back window . The pool was nice and the neighbors friendly

Great place for a family vacation!

Wonderful place right on the canal. My kids really enjoyed catching crabs 🦀 right from the dock ! The location is great too, about 10 minutes to the beach ! Ralph was a great host, house was beautiful, we had such a great time !

Lovely little spot!

Lovely little spot for a nice quiet getaway. We loved sitting on the back porch near the water, drinking coffee in the morning. The bed was comfy. We found lots of nice restaurants near! Definitely checkout feb wick ice company for awesome shaved ice! We’ll definitely come back

A Perfect Getaway

We were looking for a place to stay where we could also bring our boat and Ralph's home hit all the buttons! Being able to have our boat tied up in the backyard canal was exactly what we were looking for. Ralph's home was stored with amenities galore, most of which we didn't need but it was nice they were there, just in case. Since we spent our entire time boating in the Assawoman Bay we didn't use the community pool but it sure did look nice. The neighborhood is quiet and full of friendly people. Local eateries, grocery stores and attractions are just a hop and skip away. We will definitely be back!

Perfection! Will be back for 3rd stay!

Can't say enough good things about Ralph and this property. This was our second stay. We loved it before but the renovations done since then really knocked it out of the park. There is absolutely nothing we needed that wasn't there. These hosts have thought of everything. Clean throughout, cool AC, beautiful decor and excellent location on the canal. We dropped our kayaks in right there and paddled out to the bay with our kids. Tons of wonderful memories made during both of our stays here. Plenty of outdoor seating, great washer and dryer, good water pressure, clean linens, basically all the comforts of home while being away. It's one of those rentals at the beach that you're totally okay with just hanging there instead of going out. That's a rare find. Grocery and pharmacy nearby, 10 minutes or so to Fenwick. Ralph is the friendliest and most accommodating host I've ever had in any place we've rented. We give it 10 stars if we could.

Crabbing/Fishing

Very sweet place. Close enough to everything and still private enough to relax. We enjoyed crabbing out back. Must have caught at least 50 + crabs in a couple hours. Released all but still alot of fun catching them. Fish were biting as well. Clean inside and spacious. Couldnt get cable box to work for my son but he enjoyed the movie selection on DVDs. Thanks for a memory that my son wont forget.
