Great location walking distance to shops, dining & bars. Great breakfast.Free shuttle to/from Ephesus. Friendly and helpful staff. Would have loved a kettle & minifridge in the room.
Unique beautiful hotel. The owners are friendly and chatty. Will give you tons of information about Ephesus and the area, and provided a complementary drop off and pick up to and from the site.
The included breakfast was simple, but delicious. Lots of fruit, jams, and breads.
We stayed during a hot humid few days and the rooms don't have the best circulation, makes sleeping without AC at night difficult. All the rooms have AC.
The hotel is a superb Turkish style, very eclectic and well looked after. The hosts are brilliant and will provide you with information about the history of the area and the many hidden treasures. Location is a short distance (walk) to the castle and St John’s basilica, the Virgin Mary’s house is 5k away and Ephesus is a short drive. Plenty of places to eat in the town but don’t miss the breakfast. Definitely come back on the way home
I highly recommend the Hotel Nilya! The staff were exceptionally helpful with the owner providing transport to the Ephesus ruins and offering guidnace on other places to visit. The breakfast was excellent and the ambience of the place second to none! Thank you!
We really enjoyed our stay! The garden was beautiful and the staff was super friendly. We also enjoyed the breakfast too. The host provided us with tea upon arrival and was very hospitable. I definitely would stay again.
We intended to stay only one night but because the hotel grounds were so beautiful and peaceful we extended our stay for two nights. Staff/owner extremely accommodating and helpful.
Excellent and very filling breakfast!
The small hotel is located in the old town of Selçuk and is well located. The owners went way out of their way show us around Selçuk and surrounding villages as well as arranging a very good guide for Ephesus They recommended some very good restaurants. The rooms were clean and quiet and the breakfast is large and very good. The owners also own a high quality rug business and they are very knowledgeable about their products but there was no pressure to purchase. We have travelled extensively and consider Hotel Nilya one of the best places we have stayed.
Our hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were taken to Ephesus and back & also to the train station for our onward journey the next day. Our room was comfortable and had all we needed for a 2 night stay. Breakfast was gorgeous with lots of fruit and made to order eggs plus breads and delicious spreads. Lovely place to stay.

The property staff lended us a big guide book, and offered us a free ride to the south entrance of Ephesus so that we could walk downhill through the ruins. They were very helpful!
Hotel in quaint area, close e to centre and centre attractions ,breakfast was good and chef cooked a great omelette ,hotel was quaint and leafy, the manager was helpful wit h arranging lift to Ephesus .the driver of our lift was s a bit blunt.. All in all a nice stay.

This is a lovely spot. Excellent hospitality, loved the decor. Very delicious fresh breakfast and very helpful tips and advice on the area.
Look forward to returning.
Konumu ve icerigi cok guzel odalar tertemiz ama kucuk bir kose ile oda ici yasam daha iyi olabilir. (Ketil, kafve cay su gibi) tv olmamasida eksi bir durum.
Charming hotel, well-situated, and the owner, Erdal was extremely helpful in making suggestions, recommendations, etc. Lovely breakfast, too, with lots of fresh fruit every morning. The only issue is that the beds are quite firm, and left me with a sore back every morning. (But that's just me)
Positive: The staff was very friendly and nice. Breakfast was nice.
Negative: It could be nice to have a fridge at the room.
Also warm color ligthings could be beter intead of white and too bright lights.
