Very good

Location was great a top a hill with great views. The guy at the front was very useful.
However, dog barked continuously for about 1.5 hours around 2 am until I had to call to have it brought in. No-one served breakfast from 8am, waited till 9am then had to visit another B&B at a cost of 200 TRY. Dog poo or chicken poo all over the pool.
Stayed one night and checked out early. Much nicer properties around.
Staff were really friendly and helpful. Close to Ephesus.
Room was clean and well maintained.
Great view from the Balcony. Hotel is located on the hill.
I am very sorry for expedia for falls and fake ratings,,,, this vila wasn't the same as showen at your site,,, even the name of hotel was something else,,,??!!!! View was nice but location was at top of hell and end of the row off buildings and night till morning many dogs came and made bargains under window
The hotel was not prepared for guests and was unaware of our reservation. We were told they were actually closed, but still did everything they could to make it all work. The staff were excellent and breakfast was wonderful. The room was quite cold, but we were supplied with a space heater. The shower did not work and there were slugs slithering around the floor. They did find us another hotel for the next night but we were called away so did not make use of it. Much of the problem may have been that we booked through Expedia and not directly.
It is located a bit out of the way, but they came to the petrol station where we stopped to ask for directions and led us to the hotel. Despite having booked well in advance, the hotel was not actually open for business. Apparently Expedia fell down on the job on this one. Nonetheless the owner/staff were wonderful and did everything possible to make it all work. Unfortunately, they were not entirely successful. The room was not particularly clean, we found the odd slug slithering around. The shower did not work. WE chose not to stay the second night and they found us another guest hotel in town, but we were recalled earlier than expected and did not stay there. The breakfast was incredible given that they had not expected guests and the staff did everything possible to make things right.
good view, situated on the top of a mountain, can see castle faraway. If you are females, don't suggest to choose it cos there is not too many people around here, not convenience to take around or eat sth.by walk even there is shuttle bus supplied by hotel, room is small and shower room is smaller, breakfast is few choices, and not too friendly to these who came from China, all foreigners except china are served fried eggs specially in that morning.

OK for a one-night stay, beware of mosquitos!
A bit of a weird location, and the place is looking a little run-down and shabby. We had a massive mosquito problem in our room: ended up swatting about 40 during the night, and the walls of the room showed evidence we weren't the first to have that problem. The view across the valley is quite nice, but don't expect everything you see in the pictures.
Family of 5 with little children - stayed 2 nights.

Great view
Amazing view.
Comfortable beds. The aircon kept shorting out but they got it working in the end. No issues if you're only going there to sleep
Enchanting! Lovely setting with a beautiful pool terrace, perfect for a leisurely swim, relaxing and dining with an amazing castle view. Rooms are pretty and comfortable and the staff is WONDERFUL! We would love to return someday - Villa Dreams really is like a dream come true!
The staffs are very kindly and the view from the hotel is great!

Simple but clean and comfortable
Very clean room, good hot shower and comfortable beds. Good simple breakfast and friendly hosts. It is a simple hotel. Nothing fancy but it has a beautiful view of the Selcuk castle. It is out of town and up a hill so need transport to get there.
Villa dreams was the best accomodation we experienced in Turkey, we almost didn't want to leave the hotel to sightsee! Very friendly staff, beautiful location, quality food and a close knit atmosphere. There was something for everyone, and everything exceeded our expectations. We had to alter our itinerary in order to stay longer! We couldn't recommend it more! Definitely our favourite experience in Turkey
The Villa Dreams sits up the hill from Selcuk, has a gorgeous swimming pool with views of the town and the surrounding hills. Staff are very friendly and quick to accommodate; they loaned us a power converter for our computer. We only stayed one night, and were in bed early as we had to get an early start in the morning. Unfortunately, we were awoken by several bouts of fireworks as well as by guests turning on the hallway light that shines into each suite through a glass door.

Hotel Nightmares would be a more fitting name
First up: the setting is stunning. High up the slope, overlooking the whole town including the castle. Very pleasant pool area. Everything was up to a great start.
The main drawback was the bathroom. Tiny, low door and the stink coming up from the sewers was so gross we hardly got any sleep the first night. Second night was better after we covered the drain with a wet towel.
The were other issues too: the blanket was extremely dusty, within minutes my phone lying on the bedside table was covered in a layer of dust, I shudder to think how much of it we inhaled.
The shuttle service back from town in the evening was 20 minutes late, since temperatures had dropped significantly that wait was very uncomfortable. Turns out the driver had wanted to watch the end of a soccer match...
Breakfast was on the simple side.

Very nice views in a far away hotel
Nice view but it's on top of a hill in in far away neighborhood. Nice pool. Very good breakfast. Very friendly personnel but I arrived at noon and there was no one. Luckily I drove to the tourist attractions in the meantime, but there was no one before 2 PM
We arrived in Selcuk late in the evening by train and had no clue on how to get to the hotel . We were guided to another hotel as others in the village could not speak English .Recep the owner arrived in a few minutes and picked us up and informed us that the hotel offered a free pick up and drop service to the village . Recep has lived in Canada and speaks perfect English .The hotel is atop a hill and has the most stunning view .we were captivated . Although there is no dinner service the owner helped us get some food although it was quite late . The rooms were spotless and very comfortable . Recep also gave us good advise on how to see the sights . All in all a very lovely experience
Overall a great stay. Beautiful view of selcuk...despite being a bit far from the city. you need to either take the cab or the free shuttle (once every two hours and usually not so on time). The town is about a 5 min drive away, so it wasnt terrible.
Rooms and breakfast are nice, the resident puppy (sunny) was the cutest thing ever!
The staff was extremely helpful as well.
What a wonderful place and lovely hosts! We booked one night and decided to stay several more. The price was great, the beds very comfy and the view is spectacular! There are two sites close to each other. Since it was winter and they use the newer side this time of year, they upgraded us to a family room which was amazing! We thought this was a great location, especially if you've rented a car, to get to all the sites around Selcuk: easy drive to Kusadasi, Duvaltar Thermal baths, Ephesus and Pamukkale. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
